Trading Pokemon between R/S and Collosseum story mode?

Can you eventually move the Pokemon you catch in story mode onto your R/S game? Or do they have to remain separate?

After beating Ralga Tower, you can head to Phenac City and trade whichever Pokémon you like to whichever game you like. Of course, it won't let you trade Shadow Pokémon until they're purified.

How far into the game is Ralga tower, near the end? And does playing through the story mode open up new Collosseum arenas besides the 2 you unlock by playing Collosseum mode?

Realgam tower is basically the end of the game. Thats where you fight Evice and _*spoiler*_. After beating Realgam, there are several sidequests to capture the remaining pokes.

And yes, playing story mode unlocks the stadiums that you participate in. There are 3 or 4 I think. Its really easy to unlock them.

Realgam Tower is basically the "end" of the game, although there are still other things to do after beating it, like going to the Snagem Hideout, returning to the Shadow Pokémon Lab, and battling at The Deep Colosseum.

There are 6 Stadiums/Colosseums that you can battle in, and in each one, you can either battle 1 vs. 1 or 2 vs. 2. Playing through Story Mode opens up more Stadiums/Colosseums for you to battle in, but to open the Level 50 Orre Colosseum, you have to first complete the other level 50 Stadium/Colosseums: Phenac Stadium, Pyrite Colosseum, and The Under Colosseum in 1 vs. 1 and 2 vs. 2 mode. To open the Level 100 Orre Colosseum, you will have to defeat the Realgam Tower Colosseum in 1 vs. 1 and 2 vs. 2 mode.

4. Orre Colosseum-Level 50 (Unlocked when both 1 vs. 1 and 2 vs. 2 are completed in Phenac Stadium, Pyrite Colosseum, and The Under Colosseum)

6. Orre Colosseum-Level 100 (Unlocked when both 1 vs. 1 and 2 vs. 2 are completed in Realgam Colosseum)

Well, there are no Calm Minding Kyogres, but every Latios is holding Soul Dew. None of the Latias are holding the Soul Dew though, just the Latios.

I have the movesets for all of these Pokémon, so I will go ahead and edit them into my other post in this thread.

EDIT: Ok, I have listed movesets for every Pokémon in the Battle Mode Stadiums/Colosseums. (576 Pokémon/movesets!!) However, I ran out of room in my other post in this thread. There is a 50,000 characters per post limit, and with the other stuff that I put in my post, there simply wasn't enough room in the thread. So, I created a new thread in this forum with all of the Pokémon movesets. Even with nothing else in it, I was barely able to fit everything in the new thread, as it had over 49900 characters in it. None of the Latias are holding the Soul Dew though, just the Latios.

At least half my troubles are gone.

Unfortunately, if you steal another Pokémon's item with Thief or Covet, it will be given back to the trainer after the battle.
