Moveset for Alakazam!

Hi..
I just caught a Abra, and decided to have it on my team, because I dont have any Psychic type.
Now I need a good moveset to it, and where I should put the EVs. Its nature is Hasty.

I would be happy if someone wants to help me :)

Alakazam@Petaya Berry/Scope Lens
Psychic
Calm Mind
Thunderpunch
Ice Punch/Fire Punch
EVs: 252 Sp Att, 252 Spd, 6 HP

Hasty is -Defence +Speed so that's good because Alakazam's Defence is very bad anyway and you need Speed for sweeping.

Encore/Disabler:
Alakazam @Petaya

-Shock Wave
-Encore
-Disable

You have to breed to get either of them.
