hm... interesting team. here are my changes.

Metagross: Fine

Zangoose: Return and slash. No. have either of the two and add shadow ball. Zangoose has also above average speed so get rid of quick claw.

Flygon: Fine

Absol: Have u checked ot absols special attack it sucks!! Get thunderbolt outta there!! U need more than 5 physicalk sweepers on ur team so i would suggest putting in a special sweeper.

He would also help u cause u dont have a electric or fire type on ur team.

Heracross: U can get one in R/S so u dont need a traded one. That will not help him with EVs. Keep Megahorn.

Shedinja: Get rid of him. He sucks. Since u rely on a lot of physical sweeper replace him with Ninjask.

Um, if I'm not mistaken, that Metagross set sucks. There are two steel attacks (one of which sucks) and a special attack when he has a much higher attack. Go...

i wasted my EQ on heracross
and i had to trade my heracross from leaf green so he would be able to learn Swords dance. Im not really partial to Ninjask so i guess i will replace shedinja with alakazam cause my absol has been on my team for a while now so im gonna check out what kind of moves i can give absol to replace the thunderbolt. and i will try to fix the metegross.

Return works well on an Absol. . . or you could go with the not-so-accurate Iron tail and the always hits Aerial Ace
