Image Help!!!!

I realize I've probably missed some instructions somewhere that tell you how to put images in your sig and avatar, but could someone please give me some info on how to input the images in your sig. I haven't been to TPM in..., well its been a while, and I don't remember how everything works! Thanks in advance!!!!
