Base Stat must add up to 3000 or less.
No hacked movesets.
No more than 1 Pokemon from an evolution chain.
Slakings Base Stats = 500 due to Traunt
OPTIONAL:

Choose between:
1 00ber Legend (Base Stats 670/80)
2 Semi-Legends (Base Stats 600)
3 Trio-Legends (Base Stats 580)

Smeargle [Focus Band] - Spiker/Baton Passer [Attack] (Own Tempo)

Spore
Spikes
Baton Pass
Belly Drum

Personality: Jolly (+ Speed, - Special Attack)
EV's:
Speed: 252
Attack: 252
HP: 6

There is no sleep clause so I can pretty simply put to sleep any Pokemon that switches in, assuming I get the 1st hit. Lay down 3 spikes then pass Belly Drum. He also has low base stats so that means I can use higher stat Pokemon, trouble is, he's very risky and can't take a hit.

Weakness's: Fight (x2)
Resitences: Ghost (0 effect)
Base Stats: 250

Crobat [Liechi Berry] - Physical Sweeper (Inner Focus)

Ariel Ace
Sludge Bomb
Shadow Ball
Steel Wing

Personality: Jolly (+ Speed, - Special Attack)
EV's:
Speed: 252
Attack: 252
HP: 6

Great Base Speed, recieves a huge nice boost from Smeargle, the Liechi will give the finally boost needed to max out attack when needed. Jolly + High Base Speed + Speed EV's, outruns most Pokemon.

Base Stats: 535
Weakness's: Rock (x2), Psychic (x2), Ice (x2), Electric (x2)
Resistence's: Bug (x4), Grass (x4), Fight (x4), Ground (0), Poison (x2)

Houndoom [Salac Berry] - Special Sweeper (Flash Fire)

Sunny Day
Solarbeam
Fire Blast
Crunch

Personality: Timid (+ Speed, - Attack)
EV's:
Speed: 252
Special Attack: 252
HP: 6

Good old Houndy. Brilliant movepool. Fire Blast for the added Strength (PP is not much of a worry, and the accuracy isn't that bad).

Base Stats: 500
Weakness's: Fight (x2), Ground (x2), Rock (x2), Water (x2)
Resistence's: Fire (x2), Dark (x2), Psychic (0), Grass (x2), Steel (x2), Ghost (x2)

Latios [Salac Berry] - Special Sweeper (Levitate)

Calm Mind
Psychic
Dargon Claw
Solarbeam

Personality: (+ Special Attack, - Attack)
EV's:
Special Attack: 252
Speed: 252
Special Defense: 6

Solarbeam is in there because it can pick up Sunny Day. A couple of Calm Minds when Sunny Day runs out will make Psychic and Dragon Claw practically an OHKO on anything.

Base Stats: 600
Weakness's: Bug (x2), Dark (x2), Ice (x2), Dragon Claw (x2), Ghost (x2)
Resistence's: Psychic (x2), Fight (x2), Grass (x2), Fire (x2), Water (x2), Electric (x2)

Deoxys (FR) [Salac Berry] - Mixed Sweeper (Pressure)

Rock Slide
Psycho Boost
Shadow Ball
Brick Break

Personality: (+ Attack, - Special Defense)
EV's:
Speed: 252
Attack: 252
Special Attack: 6

Psycho Boost is powerful without EV's. Everything else for pure Physical Sweepage.

Base Stats: 600
Weakness's: Bug (x2), Dark (x2), Ghost (x2)
Resistence's: Psychic (x2), Fight (x2)

Tentacruel [Leftovers] - Tank (Liquid Ooze)

Surf
Barrier
Giga Drain
Mirror Coat

Personality: (+ Defense, - Attack)
EV's:
HP: 6
Defense: 252
Special Defense: 252

Pretty simple. Giga Drain in place of Rest for an attack that damages whilst restoring a bit of HP. Obviously onyl goign to use it when its Suepr effective since it lacks base power. Mirror Coat to deter Special Attacks, Surf for STAB. Anti Leech Seeder as well :D

Now I know these are over used Pokemon (except Cruel) but I'm going up against people who will use Pokemon just as 00ber (I'm praying that my friends re-doign their teams does not include Kyogre, that thing is just hell)

You made a couple mistakes on the type relations...Houndoom is resistant to Ice attacks, and Latios is immune to Ground attacks because it has Levitate.

SoulBurner

don't use any legendaries. . . they are really cheap and they show that you need them to win against anyone. . . nobody will battle you if you use them. . ..

Although I agree with SoulBurner, he did say his friends allow Ubers and use them, so he doesn't have much of a choice. I still think he should find some other way, but to each his own.

hrm...

smeargle-i demand quick claw on it. smeargle can't afford to take a hit, so quickie claw helps it.

crobat-return>steelwing. return is easy to get, anyways.

houndoom-blah. sunnybeamer is old. i think pursuit>crunch is better, because if you send out doom when they have a psychic, the pursuit will get the stab, and the 2x damage, thus getting more out of pursuit than crunch. anyways, pursuit has more pp.

latios-you'll have to make sure you can send out latios before the sunnyday ends, or you've just lost yourself a move slot. =| recover>solarbeam is an option.

deoxys-yeah yeah yeah......any experienced player should know deoxys is not the way to win. aipom is. in netbattle on gsc i swept a team with mewtwo, snorlax, lugia, ho-oh with an aipom. :D pure fun.

tentacruel-clear body is the better ability. toxic>gigadrain.

overall, good team.

i deduct 123490587690837608340634 points for using deoxys. since -123490587690837608340624 is not an option, i'll give you a 6. besides that, 9.83648/10.

Ok, 1st, let me point out legends are put in there for a reason, its called using them. However if we went by that we'd only be using legends, hence bringing base stat rules (which have been lowered since last time hence the new team). Anyway, Knowing me I'd probs redo my team again some other time

Personality: +Def, -Att
EV's:
HP: 252
Def: 130
Sp Def: 128

Water Pulse
Rain Dance
Spikes
Toxic

Water Pulse for the chance of Confusion, Rain Dance to set up the next Pokemon. Lead with Toxic

Base Stats: 495
Weakness's: Electric (x2), Grass (x4), Fight (x2), Ground (x2),
Resistence's: Normal (x2), Fire (x4), Ice (x2), Poison (x2), Flying (x2)

Gorebyss [Leftovers] - Baton passer [Special/Physical Defense] (Swift Swim)
Personality: +Sp Def, -Att
EV's:
HP: 130
Sp Def: 252
Def: 128

Baton pass
Surf
Iron Defense
Amnesia

Try to max out both stats, Pass when getting low on HP to the ever annoying Kingdra

Base Stats: 488
Weakness's: Grass (x2), Electric (x2)
Resistence's: Water (x2), Ice (x2), Fire (x2), Steel (x2)

Kingdra [Leftovers] - Tank (Swift Swim)
Personality: +Sp Def, -Att
EV's:
HP: 252
Sp Def: 128
Def: 130

Surf
Dragonbreath
Rain Dance
Rest

In between opponent being paralysed and Rain Dance doubling speed, no speed EV's are needed to put him ahead of the opp. DB & Surf cover all types for normal damage.

Base Stats: 540
Weakness's: Dragon (x2)
Resistence's: Fire (x4), Water (x4), Steel (x2)

Ludicolo [Leftovers] - Annoyer (Rain Dish)
Personality: +Def, -Sp Att
EV's:
HP: 252
Def: 130
Sp Def: 128

Focus Punch
Leech Seed
Substitute
Rain Dance

A new set for Ludi. Whether it would be effective or not will have to be seen. Leech Seed will hopefully force switches, then I can catch them with Focus Punch. Ofcourse, I am nto guarentied this will work, this is just going by common sense. I'm considering changing the persona to -Att and putting ater Pulse in for confusion. Its just so far my team is relying on special, figured maybe physical for a change would help.

Base Stats: 480
Weakness's: Bug (x2), Flying (x2), Poison (x2)
Resistence's: Water (x4), Steel (x2), Ground (x2)

Manetric [Kings Rock] - Special Sweeper (Static)
Personality: +Speed, -Att
EV's:
Sp Att: 252
Speed: 252
HP: 6

Thunder
Bite
Hidden Power *Water*
Rain Dance

Well, I'll go for HP Water, hopefully I can get it, getting the right personaltiy would be another matter though.

Base Stats: 472
Weakness's: Ground (x2)
Resistence's: Steel (x2), Flying (x2), Electric (x2)

Gengar [Petaya Berry] - Special Sweeper/Hazer (Levitate)
Personality: +Speed, -Att
EV's:
Sp Att: 252
Speed: 252
HP: 6

Thunder
Psychic
Haze
Giga Drain

Less dependant on Rain Dance, Only Thunder, so IMO no need for Rain Dance. Haze cos I need 1 (Petaya will hopefully not be acitvated when I have hazed an opp but if I have to sacirfice its bosot I will).

Base Stats: 500
Weakness's: Psychic (x2), Dark (x2), Ghost (x2)
Resistence's: Fight (0), Normal (0), Ground (0), Poison (x4), Bug (x4)

I wouldn't bother voting since its mixing two teams into 1 poll. Again, is a plan

Water Pulse for the chance of Confusion, Rain Dance to set up the next Pokemon. Lead with Toxicrates in italic. looks ok, but you might want to lead w/spikes>toxic. you don't want them to have 1 poke poisoned and 0 spikes; where you want at least 1 spikes, 0 psned. spike, rain dance, spike, waterpulse, spike, toxic/waterpulse, rain dance/toxic, switch. kinda long, but probably the best way to get 3 spikes down with max damage

not bad. watch the psychic, dark, ghost weaks. my gengar suggestion aids with the ghost and psychic problems, and ludy takes care of darks anyways. you shore'd up yo weaks. =D
