It’s been 20 years after Lan’s and Mega-Man’s last battle against the evil forces that would use the Network for evil or spread mayhem. A tournament has been held for their honor, in which the top ten will receive a unique power-up-program and over a thousand dollars as prize money. But during the beginning of the 15th annul tournament, several attempts were commented to steal the power-ups. Security has been increased at a great fold, but there has been rumors that half of the participates are involved with the two evil organizations, the returning WWW and the new Cyber Law, who are trying to steal the programs in the ring after failing to obtain them during the preparations of the tournament.
The tournament is now at its top 16 Net-Battler Face Off, where the battle takes place in 8 divisions of 2’s. The winner will be given the title of Network Warrior, the highest ranking of Net Battler, and the Mega Program, which has Mega Man’s unique battle data.
You are a participant of the Mega-Tournament; you are either part of the Digitals (the good guys), the WWW (the bad guys), or the Cyber Law (a group of rouges that wish the destruction of the net because the past dangers that involved it. They’re on either side.). The Face off will soon be interrupted by WWW, who will try to steal all of top five programs for plans to build the Ultimate Navi to use crash the net. They’ll only get about half of the programs then the Top good guys (or bad guys posing as good guys) will chase after them to get the programs back.
The top five prizes go in this order.
5: $100,000. Odin Program
4: $200,000. Samurai Program
3: $300,000. Hyper Program.
2: $400,000. Bass Program.
1: $500,000. Mega Program

Navi Looks: A tall intimidating navi with a black and Red wolf head with yellow eyes. He wears a blue and red navi suit with his emblem, a thunderbolt. He also has wolf claws and tail.

Navi Looks: He looks like his entire body parts are icicles, long and sharp. He has a Fencing Mask for a head, with yellow glowing eyes floating in front of the head.
Navi Ability: Chaotic Strike (The enemy’s entire panel will be hit and the Navi’s HP will be drop by 300. Randomly changes to a Fire, Thunder, Aqua, or Wood element based attack.)

Chips are used to increase fire power of a navi. A Power-Up upgrades your navi's stats. The Net is like an information super sidewalk for net navis.
