please suggest a ideal candidate for the sixth pokemon (must be lv.70-75)and sort out the personalities,effort values and the movesets of this team.

Pretty solid team... Rayquaza is a bit cheesy, but if you haven't battled many people before you can use it until you feel comfortable with battling without it. Mawile might work better over Absol, since you can switch it in and use Intimidate to lower the Attack of opponents for your other team members.

For your last slot, Alakazam might do pretty well, but you could also use another solid physical attacker. Medicham with Hi Jump Kick\Brick Break, Shadow Ball, Psychic\Focus Punch, and Recover will do well in that last slot.
