anyone know Raichu sets? i was thinking:

i know there's thunderdance, but that one's lame. any other sets?

The moveset you have is also pretty good, you could also use HP Water or HP Grass instead of HP Ice, it really doesn't matter.

Unless, of course, you're concerned about enemy Grass-types and Dragon-types as well as Ground-types.

Any ground type will block the strategy - moreso if they are same (or no-) sex and don't rely soley on their Attack. Claydol would love this, for example, but even a same-sex Flygon with Dragonbreath. A same sex special attacker can come in and take its para-licks and deal with this guy the old fashioned way. Raichu can expect to have a ground-type switched in to it in any case - and it can't take a decent ground hit, even with Charm and a +Defense personality.
