Pretty standard sets, just wondering what would work better? This is for battling with friends. They don't use spikes much, I'm too lazy to breed, and that's about it. Any help would be appreciated.

Gardevoir: Hey, if you can bother EV training and fishing around for a Timid Starmie with Natural Cure, why not breed for Destiny Bond over Reflect? It doesn't take that long, really...

Starmie: Put 252 effort in Speed and Special Attack and you'll be set. Reflect and Light Screen will be enough defense for you.
