YOU MAY ONLY ADOPT 15 POKEMON IN TOTAL, AND ONLY 2 A DAY MAXIMUM FROM EACH ADOPTION CENTER.
IT COSTS 5 STAMPS TO DISOWN A POKEMON, AND SAID POKEMON WILL ONLY BE PUT UP FOR ADOPTION IF ITS LEVEL IS 17 OR LOWER.

Yes she does, just as a Ninetales or Arcanine would learn the moves that a Vulpix or Growlithe would learn when leveling up. That's the nice thing about adopted/captured Pokemon, opposed to the original Pokemon games itself.

Sorry, but brelooms can learn brick break shroomish can't you'll have to pick a different bred on move. You can get either one of its actual bred on moves or a TM from the games that the pokemon can learn. Hope that helped.

Yes, any Pokemon that is adopted gets a trait. For some, you can choose one of two possible traits, but not both (for example, you can't have an Electrike with both Static and Lightningrod).
