I remember doing something like this about a year ago.
Each person makes 1-4 fake cards, then creates a deck using the card(s) in some sort of combo. All decks must conform to the current Modified format. If you need info about this, just ask.
Decks will be rated accordingly:
1-10 points for a well built deck.
1-10 points for creative fake(s).
1-5 points for the deck being able to withstand other popular decks.
Up to 2 extra points for the fake being succesfully comboed with an obscure or "bad" card in competative competition.
Up to 5 points will be taken off if the fake(s) is deemed "broken".
There's no real prizes, except for being deemed the l33t3st of them all. So have fun.
