Deck building help [Yu-Gi-Oh]

I want to make a deck around GREN MAJU DA EIZA .

The stats for some1 who doesn't know this monster:
Fiend / Effect Monster
The ATK and DEF of this card become the number of your cards removed from play x 400 points.

I believe this card can own like hell when you build a good deck for this card. Now the problem. I have absolutely no idea what cards to put around it. ofcourse there is soul release, skull lair and I've heard something about D.D. Warrior lady but I don't know what that does. Lady assailant of flames can be good to if the top cards of your deck aren't good. So any suggestions? and could you please explain D.D. warrior lady for me.
