Help..w/ my Banette

I have just raised a Shuppet to a Banette just by raising his ev's and is now at level 40 something.

Attack EV's - 252
Speed EV's - 252
HP EV's - 6

now, that is 510
if i raise him at the Elite 4 nothing will happen cause ive already used up 510 EVs right?

P.S. - where and how do you get soul Dew for latias/latios?

You are correct; the Elite Four can do nothing to your Banette's EVs. It, of course, will continue to gain EXP and go up in level, however.

Soul Dew is held by the Lati@s on the Southern Island that you can only reach with the Eon Ticket.

AAAHHH!! only with the eon ticket.... what will i do? is there anything i can do to get the Eon Ticket?

Eon Tickets were given away at various Nintendo promotions last year, and they were also given away in issues of Nintendo Power last year. (I think that it was November's issue.) If you know somebody with an Eon Ticket, you can borrow theirs, you can either mix records with them or use it yourself. If nothing else, you can find Eon Tickets on online auction websites.
