EDIT: I'm not going to shark, trade, or use MissingNo, so don't give me suggestions that require more than 1 unbuyable TMs.

~ good, but doesnt slash learn earthquake anyway.. if not just take dugtrio, seriously grounds suck without EQ

I'm assuming your going to do cart battles with this, doesn't matter if your not (a blind monkey can beat RBY)

Since I removed Sandslash, Charizard gets Sword Dance.

Dugtrio - Ground

This will replace Sandslash

I'm still not too sure about Exeggutor and Jolteon...
What is a good electric pokemon that can replace Jolteon?

Explosion on Exeggutor, Mega Drain just doesn't do enough.

Dugtrio, I'd pick Body Slam, but that's my personal preference, I like to Paralysis chance it offers 'trio. Consider Fissure too, possibly over Rock Slide, or if you don't like Body Slam, over that. Dugtrio has low attack, so be sure of that before expecting it to do serious damage to anything other than what's weak to ground. This is mainly the reason for giving it Fissure.

A Raichu with Surf would be a better option IMO, without it, it's just another mediocre Electric type. But yeah, replace Body Slam with Seismic Toss, and use Reflect in the last spot you've got a better pokemon, atleast it can do some solid good damage with ST, assuming it reaches a high enough level.
