Well, you have no 3x weaknesses, but if you replace Raichu with Lapras then you'll have a 3x weakness to Rock. Charizard, Dragonite and Lapras are all weak against Rock-type attacks.

I wonder how often you use Ditto...if you regularly defeat opponents with a Ditto, all I've got to say is you tend to face some pretty weak opponents. And by weak I don't necessarily mean low-level as much as I mean ignorant of battle strategy.

AA picks up on STAB but doesn't pick up on EV'd Special Attack. 1 thing though, how can you have a grass/electric HP, unless you already have it. Then tell us what it is. Replace Shell Bell with a Petaya Berry, Maybeput Sunny Day over AA, otherwise repalce it with Bite via breeding *thats assuming you don't have it*

Toxic/Curse/Psychic

Curse may be worthwhile, but s/he lacks physical attacks to capitlise on it. With B-Passed Speed she'd make a great Sweeper, with such a nice mvoepool, btu her stats are dedicated to tanking so this is that I suggest you do.
