Eevee evolutions

here's a question how do you get eevee to evolve in to umbreon or espeon with out day or night in ruby and sapphire?

if Moon stone and sun stone don’t work(i tryed) is there any other meatheads like to get espeon you need to fight in the darkness of caves or battle to make him happy in a place where there is no sun like rainy places?

i'm looking for some opinions help me out please.

There is day and night in Ruby/Sapphire...or rather, time definitely passes. The fact that you have to set a clock at the beginning proves that, and the passage of time can be seen to affect the game in thwe Shoal Cave, where tide goes in or out every six hours.
I haven't checked for myself, but I'm told Eevee will become Umbreon if you evolve it after midnight...I'd love to know at exactly which times it evolves into Espeon or Umbreon, though. Someone care to enlighten us?

Eevee Evolves into Umbreon at night
and Eevee evolves into espeon by day.
for it to evolve it must be happy and hit another level at the same time
Give it HP up, carbos, stuff to make it happy yeah..

I discovered the hard way that Eevees can only evolve into Umbreons after 10:00 (or was it midnight?) After 6:00 in the morning, they start evolving into Espeons again.
