You have two 3x weaknesses: Fighting (Tyranitar, Lapras and Umbreon) and Rock (Typhlosion, Lapras and Dodrio). You could solve this problem by choosing a different Water-type, one that isn't Water/Ice...plenty of non-Ice Water-types can still use TM13.

~ axe hyper beam for rock slide (does more dmg over two turns and allows you time to switch, maybe switch curse for fire blast to handle skarmory's)

~ hera kinda blows without rest and sleeptalk, that being said curse and reversal is a bit impossible (curse meaning you just die), stick with megahorn, eq, rest and sleep talk.

~ bleh, it's a dodrio and it's all too common, i like curse, agility, substitute and flail with odd HP numbers :)
