Spongebob squarepants is just another garbage production by a certain company. My bet is that only kids who doesn't have that much intelligence (In another words low IQ) will only watched this kind of cartoon. Animes are more for the highly intelligences ;)

The "funny" Japanese cartoons like Azumanga Daioh and Excel Saga aren't even funny. Spongebob is actually funny.

I find Rocko to be the real crap. I find spongebob to be decently funny. I find AD to be stupidly funny.

Depends on ur sense of humour, doesnt it? Tho i prolly cant comment, considering that im the type who would rather watch morbid gore.

I hate spongebob SO MUCH. His voice is annoying, the show is annoying. The jokes are stupid not funny. I think its dumb even comparing this to anime in any way.And I hate how he said kids watch anime...thats a typical stereo type.

So? Fry or Dr.Zoidberg could make a goddamn appearence as main characters in the Spongebob movie, I STILL WOULD NOT WATCH IT.

Besides, a wallabee and a cow are a bit bigger than a sponge and a starfish.

And for the record, Roarkiller, you have horrible taste. Rocko is genius.

I hate Spongebob, there is no point to that show, atleast in pokemon he has some goal.. the sponge just wants to work at a fast food place and be stupid.

Having a point isn't entirely vital. Just look at Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
