I just recently caught a Regice. His ev's are set up as
252 hp, 252 sp.att and 6 speed, he is of timid nature.

my question is.. does macho brace double gained ev's and if so does it also double ev's from hp ups and calciums?

Evs should be 252 HP, 129 Defense, 129 Special Attack/Special Defense. Regice can not use speed. I hope the moveset you're using is Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Rest, Toxic.

Macho Brace does double EVs gained, but I don't think you get double EVs from vitamins.

Sometimes those EVs in Defence are pointless anyway because he won't withstand much of a Physical Attack. You could try 252 HP, 129 Special Attack, 129 Special Defence EVs. That would make it more of a Special Tank and you would just switch in your Physical Tank if a Physical Sweeper comes along.

I really think of using his already high special defence and raising his special and hp to sweep annoying pokemon like crobat.
