What is the best nature for Trapinch/Flygon?

It depends on your moveset. I actually like neutral though

Most Flygon movesets use Physical AND special moves, so you don't want to take away from one of the attacks. His speed is decent, so you don't want to take away from that, and defense and special defense are both needed if he's gonna sweep. If anything, get a + speed, but I still say neutral.

Well, thanks to that egg geezer, I'm stuck with Rash. It's a decnet nature (+Spak, -Sped), but I really dread those ice attacks now.

or you could just hatch another egg. Just save before recieving the egg, the hatch it, if it isn't what you want, restart and try again. But i agree it should be neutral

if memory recals they are very fast and taking a bit away from that shouldnt hurt'em too much, and s.d. is what they need other than an attack or s.a. boost so why not go -speed, +s.d.

Neutral personality if i was you - i wouldn't want to sacrifice my flygon's speed but it's your choice...

I'd sacrifice the special attack so adamant is probably the best personailty. Besides, 259 max special attack isn't anything special and you will lose out splitting the stat exp between 2 attacking stats. If only Flygon could learn dragon dance =(

Mine has hasty (+speed, -defense) and I think its working out quite well. More spped is always good, and (correct me if I'm wrong) I don't think he has any normal defense weaknesses, unless dragon is normal attack.
