Absol or Mightyena on my team?

Which one is better to use on my team because Absol needs breeding and half my team need breeding already.

I'd go with Mightyena, because I use him. And maybe Rock Smash in slot # 4 just incase your Dark to Dark.

I prefer Absol. Why, you ask? It it much more versatile than Mightyena(TM wise) and just looks...cooler for some reason.

i would go absol, hes very good... mightyena has its advantages of course... but absol is preferabley the wa to go...

I'm training a Mightyena for the Toughness contest; he'll be ready soon. I plan of the moves Bite, Crunch, Tackle, and Take Down; I believe those will make Knighmare a winner (I give contest pokemon odd wrestler-style names).

I'd go for Absol because he can actually do more damage, he's faster, and he looks cooler. It's up to you which stats you like more though...

heh, dont sell mightyena short, intimidate is great esspecially if your weak to things based on attack... im not reccomending keeping him in but it is an automatic growl that dont cost you a turn

The main problem with Mightyena is his low SP. Atk, it kinda lets you down when it comes to the Crunch...

Both Mightyena and Absol have pretty handy traits, Intimidate and Pressure respectively (Pressure makes opponents lose 2pp for each move used... I think). Absol would have to be the choice if you want something a bit more strategic, but Mightyena's built to just get out there and try to wipe 'em out quickly.
The choice really comes down to what kind of Pokémon your team needs to round it out.

(I've trained a Mightyena for a while now, and even with a +Atk -Def nature he's pretty damn tough, especially w/ Bite for flinching and Scary Face if needed)

even the most strategic of squads require a sweeper, i prefer absol, im just saying dont sell mightyena short, there both too seperate to compare to one another... IMO, depends on what you wanna have on your squad

use absol with this killer moveset:

subsitute

shadow ball


and if it is possible to get this two breeding moves on him(BP and substitute)
