Is Illumise/Volbeat worth it?

Is it worth it to breed to get this moveset for Illumise:

-Wish
-Silver Wind
-Baton Pass
-Charm/Covet/Quick Attack

Or for Volbeat:

-Confuse Ray
-Signal Beam/Silver Wind
-Protect/Tail Glow
-Double-Edge

Meh, the movesets aren't the best. If they are worth it, but the movset isn't good, improve the moveset.

I use Volbeat, well until i find somthing else I like. Hes pretty good I am just trying to level him up.

Dont use s.a moves, cos his s.a. is pathetic. Go with:
