I only traffic in Game Shark codes that affect wild pokémon, which you can then capture and train. Also, be aware that the two versions require completely different sets of codes; these are from Ruby. If these don't suit your needs, check GameFAQs.

Wild pokémon have Max IV: D95E6845 60A3B6CF

These codes set the natures of pokémon you encounter in the wild. Note that they have no effect on bred pokémon or pokémon recieved as an event.

    Quick q...
So when I make a new Pokémon in this program, and it tells me the codes for PAR v.3, do I read the codes ascending or across for PAR?

If they're in two columns, then I'm pretty sure you read across:

    first second
    third fourth
    fifth sixth
    etc.

The reason for this is that GBA and PAR code lines tend to come in pairs (I believe there's an important programming reason for this,) so to save vertical space, a lot of people list them two to a line.

This link doesn't work anymore. Can someone either post or PM me to a place that has the Pokemon Calculator? Or even PM the program?

    and the programming reason is
the first line is where the code will take place in the program
and the second line of code is how it will be modified
or in a yyyyyyyy:xxxxxxxx format yyyyyyy being the place in the program
and xxxxxxxx being how it will be modified
