Staryu Move set!

What is the best Staryu move set (I just dumped Swampret)
I have a PP Max which Im planning on using on his Hydro Pump attack oh and I already used my Psycic TM so that cant be used
but anyhelp is very much apreaciated!

I'd say something like
Hydro pump
cosmo power
thunderbolt (? not sure about the english name)
ice beam (I guess it can have it, but I'am not sure) or camouflage (change type according to the battle field, so nulify the water weakness, don't know if it also change the second type)

Take it as you wish, it just suggestion with a cold start.

You can get extra Psychic TMs from the Game Corner, in case you were wondering.

Anyway, I prefer Surf, Reflect, Light Screen, Recover myself (it's a lot more "maneuverable" and is great team support while having a lot of staying power itself), but whatever suits you.

For in game, this set rules: Psychic, Surf, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt (make it a Modest type; +Sp att, -att). For other usage, remove one move and replace with Recover.

Oh, and make it a Starmie, obviously.

Thats the set i use, its really good. If you have reflect on your Gardevoir you may want to dump reflect on Starmie for Psychic or Ice Beam
