Hmm. Interesting philosophical fic, there. I like the contemplation over forgiveness, even though I'm still unsure about who taught Vaporeon initially of that concept. There was description where it was needed, and no more than that. It's interesting, really; since this is more of a psychological one-shot, describing the changing of Vaporeon's ideas and personality over time, description isn't really needed that much. Excellent metaphors, and good use of the mystique of nature for Vaporeon.
This could be improved, though, I think. First of all, there were many occasions where the wrong form of a word was used (like "I was angry, such immature rage filling up in me, that I did not realize when you had to let go of the grasps of teardrops and let yourself drifted off," where "drifted" should just be "drift". The same sort of thing applied to some of your tenses, as well. Remember, you're narrating past events, so that narration should be, naturally, in the past tense). Also, I think that you could've had a bit more clarity through the storyline. It was confusing at times who was who, and what exactly was going on. For instance, I was a bit lost at the end how Vaporeon was suddenly free through just another trade. That could have been explained a bit better.
But this was good, overall. Again, this was a great meld of the ideas of forgiveness and Pokemon training, and I like how it all panned out. I can't say it was too emotional, but it got a certain message across. Nicely done, here.![]()
