Noob RMT

It's been a few years since I took a shot at this. I need any corrections, but I need fly and surf to stay. Flash can go it it has to.

I'm not too pleased with the way he's working out. I need a starter that can withstand a sweeper Alakazam (see below). Suggestions would be appreciated.

I use him as a special sweeper. He covers almost all the types I can think of with the punches and psychic for everything else (save other psychics and darks).

Evolve him or don't you have a cable? 3 Punches blow...I'll keep Icepunch for Dragons...

First of all, if you want Umbreon: STOP TRAINING IT!!! Give it haircuts and vitamins...But no leveling up since you have to give your Umby Confuse ray at l.30

geez it's been awhile since i've done this...
Raichu= hmm... thunder is too inacurate for my likings. switch t-bolt in there. if you have a female, put in attract over charm. do something about flash... it's no good. can't think of a move right now, though.
Kadabra= evolve when you can. i'd personally get reflect on him, more staying power. recover is a must. take your pick of the punches, but ice prolly is best. psychic is a must. if you run into a dark type, get it our of there. same w/ a bug, especially heracross.
shuckle= rest=good. do not replace the move. if you want dt, put it in over something else (except rollout).
t-tar= e-quake, ap/rock slide, elemental beam move (t-bolt, i-beam, f-blast), crunch. it's up to you to choose between ap and rs... different people like different moves. i personally like AP. there's the chance to get the stat boosts. use whatever elemental move that would work best against the people in your area if you battle against friends.
dragonite= it would be better if you made another poké your hm slave... you lose so much by having those moves on it.
umbreon= i love the old annoyer move set... but that's just me: mean look, toxic, c-ray, moonlight@miracleberry/leftovers
oh man this set is soooo annoying... it may not win you the battle, but it will take out something powerful if done right. if not, it will annoy your friend to wanting to beat you with a stick.

overall, your team could use some work, but it looks good. 7/10. good luck!
