One theory is that this organization is actually the true role of the Elite Four(s). However, this is clearly only a theory, as there is no basis for proving or disproving it other than Lance's presence in both groups.

I don't think the other Elites are in the G-men. I mean, last time I checked Agatha didn't appear in the anime, Bruno was training in the mountains, and Lorelei was off in the Orange Islands... of course, maybe they're scattered all over the place to have better surveillence or something?

Agatha struck a striking resemblence to Nastina and her similarily named sister/cousin in Tentacool and Tentacruel and the banned episode where James has breasts.
But that's just me.
From memory, others have said that Agatha was the HootHoot loan lady in Johto, but I never saw that episode. I'm fairly glad too, because most of Johto sucked.
