The surrounds are charred black soil, rocky cliffs, and large and small stones alike spread about at random. Large dark clouds are over head, blocking out most sunlight. The only thing really providing any light is the strange glowing slabs of rock sticking out of the ground and crater walls.

Next, use a Will-O-Wisp to burn up that Solrock. Finish this round with a Flamethrower.

Deep within the recesses of an active crater, two trainers slide down from opposite sides. Not long ago, a massive meteorite struck this spot, casting a blanket of dust and debris to form over head, blocking all solar energy. As both challengers skid to a halt, new comer Haruko releasing his Sol pokemon aptly dubbed Solrock, which floats silently. Across the field a pitch black hound of the flame growls and snarls from Weasel’s camp, eger to start…

Helios’ psychic prowess is shown to great extent as rubble and debris from the surround disaster area levitates and encircles it, before it is hurled at Vaka. The young pup charges head on, teeth bared and glowing with a dull black luminance. She does her best to duck, dodge and juke the waves of stone but she is not swift enough as she is struck dead in her ribs, repelling her on to her side.

Having a free moment, the Sol pokemon generates spiraling silver orbs around itself, safeguarding for a few rounds. Vaka slowly rises with revenge in her eyes and a dull ache in her ribs as a massive blue fireball escapes her fangs. The orbs simultaneously stop swirling and form a single wall. The flame crash into this wall and is slowly filtered through. The color of the blast is changed to dull reddish as it hits Helios, which it shrugs off.

Angered at all her attempts falling short the hell hound concentrates a ball of orange in her mouth and releases a lashing tongue of flame. Following suit, Helios charges the same energy in its eyes and uses the same technique. Both attacks collide which turns this bout into a power struggle, who has the most will and energy to win?...In the end it is a stalemate as they both end there blast, eyeing each other in distaste….

Alright now this turn, start off with a nasty Toxic to try and poison that pup.
Next, lets use Rock tomb! Trap Vaka in a circle of rocks, and maybe do some damage to her hide. Lets see her get out of this one.
Our final move to our master plan you ask? Helios use Earthquake! Lets rock this crater!

BUT! *taps fingers together evilly* If for some reason our plan does not go to.. uhh plan... Yes, you our order to use Rock slide once more to bash that pup inwards. Oh yes, Rock slide you only use if she somehow manages to get out of the rock tomb.

Okay Vaka, start things off with a Torment to try and stop Helios getting in a second Rock Tomb.

For your second move, use a Rock Smash and try to break out of that circle.

We don't want to give Helios a chance to use Earthquake, so use a Faint Attack to get it interested in you, wait until it's really close, then strike!

Helios secretes venom from its rocky hide and spins in mid-air, sloshing the slime all around. Watching this spectacle darkness surrounds both Vaka and the Solrock and a curse is placed, causing Helios to continue spinning. The splashing of toxic liquids washes on Vakas face, burning horribly.

The toxic attack continued, building up horrid pools of the bio waste, and Vaka charges with her open chance. Her teeth glow with amber light and she lungs to bite down on one of the jagged points of Helios. She drags it to the earth, splashing in a Toxic puddle and chomping through the psychic rock “appendage” The safeguard shielded Helios from the pool thankfully.

Houndour relishes in her triumph as she stands over her foe. This is short lived as Helios glows and levitates slowly to slam the ground again sending shock wave through the crater. Vaka’s legs begins to buckle but she’s a smart pooch as she fades in a puff of smoke, ala Nightcrawler, and reappears a great distance away where the quake is less powerful…

As the poison continues to burn in Vakas blood, she maintains a determined demeanor and flickers white to split into 6. Helios conjures its own defensive measure by focusing all his psychic potential on itself, glittering with a lavender hue.

Vaka carries on her cloning again to create a crew of 13 snarling hound, which all encircle the floating Sol pokemon. Helios pays no heed to these false replicas. It slowly rises upwards and with great power slams the ground, sending a massive rolling mound of earth is all directions. All of Vaka’s “protection” is wiped put utterly and she herself is bowled over, injuring her ribs even more.

The pain of her side and the increasing toxicity enrages the Houndour. A fiery aura of violet to represent her poisoning erupts from her body and she rushes the Solrock to repay it for it past deeds. Helios glows as well as a neon orange orb of raw power forms in front of it. Vaka leaps going for blood, but she is instantly smite down by the pouring energy of Hyperbeam. Her body is enveloped completely and blasted away to indent the far wall of the curved crater. She smokes and crackles with orange tendrils of energy….

Ookay, Vaka! Let's go! First, we'll start off with a Rock Smash. Go for one of the appendages that isn't broken and snap it right off! Secondly, use a Faint Attack to get away from that Rock Slide. Try to get as far away as possible, before finishing up with a Solar Beam. Power it up as much as you can before letting it go! Call that revenge for all the damn earthquakes! ^^

Weightless and overbearing, Helios rotates on its axis again, this time generating a massive funnel cloud of sand and debris. The velocity of the storm drags Vaka’s body from her spot right into the center of it, which is just what she wanted. She spins, getting pelted by stones, and fights against the current to reach the Solrock and chomp on its rocky hid. Concentration broken, the Sandstorm ceases and both Vaka and Helios are dropped to the ground.

Vaka snarls and spits out the fragment she has relieved from Helios and watches her enemy closely. Helios levitates and once again launches a volley of flying boulders at the hound, Vaka smirks, knowing this technique very well and proceeds to vanish in a wisp of black smoke. The rocks smash her previous spot harmlessly.

Helios, for the first time in this battle, is in a frantic state looking for Vaka, and his wishes are answered by being face planted into the soil from the newly appearing Houndour. The Sol pokmon groans with his face in the dirt and Vaka is not about the let it up to breathe. She opens her jaws and generates a yellow luminance, aiming straight down at her pinned prey. Helios is down but not out as he continues his commands, picking up a literal ton of rocks, hanging them a few feet over Vaka’s body. The Solarbeam is now at full strength and is fire point blank, ripping Helios’ poor backside apart. The jarring blast breaks Helios’ focus and the mountain of rubble falls all at once, crushing and entombing both Vaka and Helios….

Well done Vaka! You did some nice damage last round, but for now, I think we'll start to take a few precautions. First, try to get out of that burial by using a Rock Smash. Burst out, then follow up with a Mud Slap right to Helios' eyes. Get it's accuracy down, and maybe we won't have to worry about it's attacks so much.

Finish up with a Double Team, for extra safety. Hopefully, Helios won't have enough energy left to use another Earthquake.

When Vaka uses mud slap, turn around so your eyes are facing in the opposide direction. We're saving energy here.

All is silent in the impact zone we stand in today. In the near center of the field a massive pile of rocks sit. Without warning the heap of stone rumble and from opposite side two figures burst free! Vaka leaps forth, chomping through the rubble like they are her old bones she enjoys gnawing on. Helios simply bashes his was like a freight train.

The both circle to face each other, Vaka snarls and twists around to kick up dirt clods at the Psychic rock. Helios proceeds to flip around himself to avoid the muck blinding him but cringes as the dirt enters his backside injury.

The Houndour is very pleased that she was able to deliver some sort of pain to that creature, and readies her defenses by splitting into a total of 6 hounds. The line up of targets confuses the sun deity. With close orders from its trainer, Helios release from his mouth a tiny blast of psychic rings which spray from right to left. The attack hits only two clones, and the technique is ended to conserving energy. On a side note, Helios, safeguard fades to nothing, leaving it open for some status assaulting.

Vaka sits and Helios floats stationary, trying to catch their breath. This battle has been a challenge for the two, and this short recess is all they need to finish this battle out.

Vaka growls and coughs harshly, the poison taking her life, ever so slowly, but Helios continues to wait for his time to strike.

Now comes the moment and Helios smashes the ground, sending a tremor at the hound, who in turn erects a shimmering green sphere around herself, which nullifies the quake instantly. Although she staved off a painful blow, the mixture of a high energy draining sheild and the toxic which saps her life, causes her to collapses from exhaustion….
