    Default Yero vs Stegyman (Ref:None)

    Stegy doesn't know this battle exists yet, but he will soon enough!

    Battling Type: 1v1
    Posting Order: I'll send first, you attack first
    DQ: 1 Week
    Banned Moves: Rest, Substitute, Attract
    Arena: Final Destination (the arena from Super Smash Brothers!) Obviously, since the ground is made of metal (though the center strip is carpeted with a strange nylon/rubber carpet for traction,) dig moves are not possible. This arena is EXTREMELY huge, so there will be no falling off.

    DO YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE, OH MAN OF MUCH STEGY?????

    Muahaha... you want a piece of this?! Bring it!

    I'll choose.. Crispy, my male Charmander! (He's out for vengeance!)

    Okay, Crispy, let's make this an interesting match. Since the floor is made of metal, use Flamethrower on it, but make it stream forward in front of you. Next, use Sunny Day to heat things up. Finally, end with another Flamethrower, this time aimed at Scyther!

    Muahahahaha... it begins....

    Gil, take to the air and wait for Charmander to heat up the ground, then give him a nice Toxic to the face. Next, counter his Sunny Day with an airborne Rain Dance. Finally, use Swords Dance to raise your attack, and to protect yourself with the spinning swords from whatever is left of the weakened Flamethrower.

    ~* Yero vs. Stegyman *~

    Round One

    Arena: Final Destination

    [Pokémon]

    Gil, the male Scyther
    Hp: 100
    E: 100

    Trained by: Yero
    Attacks: Toxic ~ Rain Dance. Swords Dance

    Crispy, the male Charmander
    Hp: 100
    E: 100

    Trained by: Stegyman
    Attacks: Flamethrower ~ Sunny Day ~ Flamethrower

    For countless eons a supreme being known as Master Hand has though after powerful warriors today is no expectation as he teleports three humans to Finale Destination.

    . The young pokémon researcher named Charles legend watches as the other two trainers who are called Yero and Stegyman who took their places, Charles having nothing better to do explained the rules, then the two trainers called for their pokémon, then yelled out there commands.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Crispy got the match started by taking a deep breath and breathing out a hot stream of fire at the floor making it glow red as if it had just came out of the forge.. Gil having scorched feet took to the air then spat a glob of toxic in to Crispy face.
    Crispy, annoyed at being poisoned, sent a ball of fire energy in to the sky creating a pillar of fire.
    However Gil looked down at Crispy and chucked as he started to dance in the air which summoned black thunder clouds, as the heavy downpour hit Crispy the young dragon got annoyed that Gil made it rain.
    Crispy however was not amused at this and took a deep breath of air and shot out a a hot stream of fire at Gil, who started to dance as ghostly images of swords spun around him.
    Charles,
    I don't mean to sound rude, I'm just a bit annoyed at the moment.
    Straight from the TPM ASB Attack List Beta:
    Swords Dance: The user spins in a circle while falling into a zen-like trance, reaching a firm battle mind for the battle ahead. While it spins, it produces a spinning vortex of air that has a tendency to ward away attacks that are subject to being blown about. Once it finishes the dance, the user will have greatly focused chi energy and therefore be able to attack precisely and rapidly without error. Excellent accuracy.
    Whether or not the flamethrower still does damage is of course up to you, however as the defender I wrote that I use Swords Dance to help weaken the damage of the flamethrower, not used before the flamethrower. The way you have it written, Gil is taking a full-fledged Flamethrower to the face after swords dance. Also:
    Yero
    Next, counter his Sunny Day with an airborne Rain Dance.[/u]
    Again, as the defender, I am entitled to perform my counter attacks whenever I feel in this round, and I specifically mentioned to have the Rain Dance come AFTER the Sunny Day. I won't even start on how Stegyman wasn't trying to burn a hole in the ground, but you wrote it in anyway.
    Please understand just what's really annoying me about this round; the purpose of switching attacker/defender positions is so each round the defending player gets an advantage. The way you have it written, though Gil and I are the defender, Stegyman's Charmander had the advantage two times out of three attacks:
    1) My Rain Dance coming AFTER his Sunny Day, and
    2) Charmander waiting until Gil was done using Swords Dance and attacked him full force (though the swords dance was supposed to be a DEFENSE to the flamethrower, not something to just power him up.)
    I know, I sound angry, but I'm not. Just kinda annoyed that you ignored my specifics, and used my attacks the wrong way and at the wrong time. Please edit this, and do be more careful in future rounds.
