Wow, when was the last time I made a new topic?

Anyway, just a little discussion on the newest releases. Personally, the one I'm looking forwrd to the most is the 2nd season of Tsubasa Chronicles, which should be coming out some time this month. There's also Aria The Natural, which has only just recently been aired (not as good though, IMO).

For the newer ones, there's XXXholic. The preview was just aired, and looks desirable at the very least, although the actual release date, I don't know. Then there's Gakuen Heaven, which would appeal to the ecchi oriented people. Or based on the manga, I think that's what it should be headed to. Bordering on hentai, to be exact, unless they revamp the storyline like they do Mai-HiME.

These are the ones off the top of my head I've noticed recently. Anymore worth mention, please discuss.

[b][size=3] Hah that good news especially since most of the series that I have catch on are airing their last episodes a few weeks ago. Mai Otome ended in a splendid ending and so is Canvas 2 and Shakugan no Shana.

I would need to get at least 3 more titles to replace those three from my viewing schedule. ^.^ I have not got my hands on the XXXholic preview yet. However from the opinion given by others (which includes you too, Roar), it should worth my time.

When would be the first episode airing of Tsubasa Chornicles Second Season? I have been itching to get my hands on it. First season ended quite fairly disappointing as it had yet clement any serious plot. The second one should be packed of more interesting situations I guess.

Aria The Natural? Does the series have anything to do with Aria the Animation?

Do note that all the animes as mentioned above are fantasy and adventure and their main genre. Hence you might want to take note of them. I assumed that you do not read their manga?

I'm guessing Tsubasa Chronicle was stopped at the 1st season to allow the manga to develop further. Yes, Aria Natural is basically a continuation of the previous.

About XXXholic, I dunno. Personally, I'm only gonna catch it because the manga's good. Like how TRC has less humour for more drama and adventure, XXXholic has less humour to express the darker side of the story. It is, after all, a story of spirit manifestations. Or at least hopefully the anime will flowly closely to the manga's theme. I worry because the manga has more than a few deaths and horrible mishaps.

[b][size=3] Okay here is my rant on what are the new series that I've watched so far.

Strawberry Panic! - Initially when I got this episode, I thought that it is a serial of the popular series, I my me strawberry eggs! Instead I got myself my very first yuri series. Nothing amazing to talk except that the first episode had some lust scenes and also another point to note is that I've realized that there isn't any male lead.

Edit 2* Nana - This anime talks about two girls who had moved in from another town to capital Tokyo for a new lease of life. Surprisingly both of them have the same last name, Nana. This episode talks of their introduction to their life to a new found environment.

Edit 3* Air Gear - Whoa talking about the manga! The anime's introduction followed the manga quite closely. The plot goes about the recent development in rollerblading technology and how the teens had decided to use it as a form of racing. Seriously if you're into action, you should give this one a go.

Edit 4* Utawarerumono - Hmm talking about mystical Japanese. If anyone is looking into the era of Inuyasha, this anime is probably the one for you. The characters of the anime are basically having the features of a dog like it's distinctive tail and ears. The male lead was the only unusual one without the dog- like features and having a mask that cannot be taken off.

Edit 5* XXXholic - Well as expected after watching the series, this episode one introduces the plot on how the main character was got to know of the witch. The introduction did give a bit insight on the mysteries that is happening around Wantanuki. On why is he the one that is able to see spirits and stuffs.

Nana is supposedly a very popular Josei manga, with a live action movie. I think I was downloading the movie a few days back, but gave up for some reason.

Utawarerumono sounds interesting. But I think I have to clear some space before that. Apparently, 80GB dedicated to my files only is still not enough, and less than three months after I got back, too.

Nana prove to be interesting since <spoilers>the more decent Nana will soon realised in the next episode that her boyfriend is cheating on her. Double dating is the main cause and all these will happen at the second episode. [b][size=3]</spoilers>
