[b][size=3] Please do post the whole deck in order for us to help you to edit it to prepare yours for the World tourney. In the meantime, I will keep my fingers crossed till the March banlist to see if there are any exceptional changes before I can decide on my main serious deck.

Sorry Dark-San. This is the first time I'm trying to construct a Dark World deck, so I'm having a hard time. I'll try to get it editted as soon as possible.

If there's any problems, just PM me or post in this topic

    Thanks

[b][size=3] Why don't you consider running Dark Realm? They are fiends too and one of the fastest running deck to date! I strongly suggest you to consider this option after all you don't need to have Pot of Greed to run this deck.

A couple of Pot of Avarice and 2 Rewards of Rebirth will see you running this deck like nobody's business.

[b][size=3]I'm not very expert in demon decks. The only fix I could think of is basically,

    - 1 Book of Moon

    + 1 Enemy Controller

Book of Moon is practically useless in your deck. Only flipping your opponent's creature to face-down defence. I would prefer Enemy Controller since you can control one of your opponent's creature through tributing Critter.

What are your side board cards? Have you consider about the Dark Realm series? Or would you want me to post an example of Dark Realm deck?

    <Loud Cough>

Morphing Jar + Book Of Moon

    </Loud Cough>

I can't really rate because it's a TCG deck, and I don't play TCG. So any advice I give will be blind advice~

If I was going to give any advice, I'd throw in a Tsukuyomi to abuse the Jar discard.

Dark-San: Well, this is my first attempt at a Dark World deck, so if you'd like to post a sample deck, go right ahead.

And for side-deck, I'm not too sure about that, but once the main deck has been fixed to what it needs to be, I'll consider what to use for a Side-Board

ATJ: Like how you posted in one of your decks ATJ, there are certain cards that I just would not use in any deck (even if you see them in any standard deck). They are:

    Anything D.D.
    Tsukuyomi

Why? Because EVERY deck I have seen in the current meta has some form of a D.D aspect in it. Not that their bad or anything, but c'mon people, get a different mindset for once in your life.

Only suggested Tsuki because I used it in mine and it speeds up this type of deck by repetative use of Jar to swarm.

Yeah, I know, and sorry if I sounded angry at you. I'm not at all, I just get annoyed seeing almost every deck that is ever posted on other boards that have Tsukuyomi, so I'm just trying to go off on another tangent.

Because it's a good card. I must admitt it's a little over-used, but none the less a decent card.

    Add the Tsuki!

Give me 5 minutes to load up the Ex2006 Rom. There's a Dark Realm deck on there that always kicks my ass x]

EDIT: Well, it's a combination of [Card Of Safe Return] along with some revival cards, mass [Sakuretsu Armor] and [Brron, Mad King of Dark World] to summon + draw mass [Goldd, Wu-Lord of Dark World] & [Sillva, Warlord of Dark World] to kick my ass before I do anything lolz.

So that's all I can really suggest keke. Unless you have Rigorous Reaper released? It's a great card for Dark Realm decks~

Download the EX2006 rom and try duelling the Dark Realm deck, you'll get some ideas. I can't believe it kicks my ass even when I use a Cyber-Ice-Control deck lolz..

    What's the EX2006 ROM?

I was thinking of taking out the GEAFs cause they really have no purpose being in a Dark World deck. But, I'm not sure whether its worth trading them out for Beiiges or something else.

Definitely going to add Graceful and possibly another Nobleman.

I'll probably get a scaulding for talking about roms, but meh... It's the Yu-Gi-Oh! Expert 2006 GBA game.

It has pretty much every card in the game with the exception of the EOJ and a select few.

    Rigorous Reaper
    [1600/100]
    [Fire/Plant/Effect]
FLIP: Both players discard a card from their hand. If a monster attacks this monster, activates this effect, and destroys this monster, decrease the attacking monster's Attack and Defense by 500 during the Damage Step.

I thought my ruling was right. I just needed to have it double checked. It was on something called "Full Salvo". But as I thought, it doesn't work due to being a "send" cost rather then "discard" effect. Hence the 'might' part in my last post.

Didn't it come off the last ban list? o0; Oops lolz~

    Pressured Collection
    [Continuous Trap]
You may activate this card only when you discard cards from your hand. Your opponent discards the same amount of cards from his hand.

    For clarification purposes

If you send a "Dark World" monster to the Graveyard for the effect of "Full Salvo", its effects do not activate because it was not "discarded".
So it's not a cost, but Dark World doesn't get an effect.

GreenShirt: Thanks for the fixes. But there are some problems.

Dark Necrofear and Pot of Avarice cannot go together in the same deck. Necrofear removes monsters (Fiends) from the Graveyard in order to be summoned and Avarice needs monsters in the Graveyard in order to work.

Also, I wouldn't want to remove my Dark World monsters for Necrofear, because then I wouldn't have any left in the Graveyard to use Gateway and The Forces of Darkness.

I was thinking about adding in Pot of Avarice but I really wasn't sure what to switch out to add it in. Plus, honestly, I don't like it too much because of the fact that you have to add monsters back to your deck before you can draw your two cards.

I REALLY don't like using Spirit Reapers. I don't care if its a wall and it has a good hand destruction effect. I just don't like it. I actually would've been happy if they had at least restricted it on the ban-list but they didn't.

I switched out my GEAFs for Beiiges just because it would make the deck more Dark World oriented. No doubt however that GEAFs work ALOT better than the Beiiges though. My first deck outline (seen in the first post of this topic) was a much better deck than the second I posted but it was more like a Dark World/Fiend hybrid mixed deck

Just to note that [Bottomless Trap Hole] doesn't really stop Mobius... it's effect still goes off, and that's the main reason why people use it lolz~ Reapers are over-used and WAY over-rated imho~ I personally wouldn't add them because I loath stall lolz~ Personall preference over actual card effect~

If i'm going to a toury I'll usually pack some form of trample just to stomp all over Reapers and some Rush's for those pesky Ice Emps ;x

I still think you should deck a Tsuki~

Alucard/ATJ: BTW, nice name. Hellsing = awesomeness X)

Anyways, yeah, I don't like Reapers as much as you do. But I have Magic cards that should help get rid of them if when I do see some of them in a tourney.

Also, if you noticed my updated decklist, I HAVE added a Tsuki into my deck

Thanks, I was thinking about Yan/Jan Valentine first because he's just rad lolz but thought I'd go with the badass instead, and oops? I must of been looking at GS's deck list when I replied lolz~

I usually waste an [Enemy Controller] on Reapers or just trample through them. They're no big deal lolz~

[color=thistle]In a Dark World deck, I would definitely take advantage of the two Magician of Faith's you can have now. Get Graceful back! ^^ Even more special summony goodness.

Personally, I don't really like Ha Des, he may be a good fiend, but I'd try an extra Mystic Tomato and/or an extra Newdoria. Although that card is seeing so much play in my meta right now...*shudder* I despise Tomato Control...>< Get some more field control while you're at it.

Perhaps also take out Book of Moon for either another Saku Armour, or another Bottomless. No monster is better than just a face down one, right?

And by the way, I love the Morphing Jar idea. I'd never even thought if that one, despite owning one myself! ^^ Although if my Boyf finds out, he'll want mine for his Dark World deck...><

Oh, also, ever thought about a triple Giant Germ and a Raviel Lord of Phantasms? Sweet combo...

I wouldn't use Hades either. I'd stock another Gold or Silver. What use is Hades effect anyway? Everything that was a risk has been either restricted or banned lolz~

He can either drop the Hades for another Magician's Of Faith for:

    1. double his chances with Hand Oblit, Angel's Gift, etc
    2. it could be removed by Crossout thinning the deck slightly and giving a shuffle.

Book Of Moon + Morphing Jar = Swarm, and also a welcome hand refresh.

To be honest Chaos, i'm surprised nobody has suggested that fucking merchant yet. I don't know why, but the TCG is treating it like god at the moment lolz~

Screw the fucking merchant, I'd never used him nor do I plan on using him.

Though most of the monsters nowadays that are the biggest threats are now banned, Hades still provides "protection" for the Dark World monsters with the Effect negation. Plus, he's just plain fucking sweet X).

Against what? There's nothing for any of them to really negate lolz~ Heck even a Slate Warrior would be a better card! With a flip it has the same stats and it's -500 stat reduction is far more impressive at the current meta then effect negation. What use is effect negation if there's no effects to negate!? lolz~

You'd be surprised at how shitty the metagame is at my school (where I duel the most). I've seen ALOT Man-Eater Bugs in most people's decks (that's why I'm #1 unofficially at my school)

Wow, talk about living in the past lolz~ I haven't seen Man-Eater Bug for about 2 maybe 3 years lolz~ I have seen Penguin Soldier though... how I loath that fucking card ;x

I'm stomping over everybody at the moment with a flip negation deck, just because it's fun to trample weenies and screw them over x]

Unofficially I'm the best in the world ;]

Yeah, I've been seeing some DW decks adding in these two Magic cards into their deck:

    The Cheerful Coffin
    Card of Safe Return

Any takes on whether or not I should add one/both to my deck and what cards I should take out to make room for either of them? (deck is the one on the first page [one with the Beiiges])
