Banned moves: Recovery moves (Recover, not Giga Drain), Attract, Toxic.
Arena: Goldenrod Bridge:A simple bridge spanning a river. Aquatic Pokemon can swim in the water with ease, flying Pokemon can nest in the girders above. The bridge is fortified so an Earthquake attack is possible, but Dig is ineffective.

First start off with a Yawn, then use Earthquake and finish with Curse.

Try an Iron Tail to crack that shell. Use Bounce to leap atop of his shell and avoid the Earthquake. Finish with Hypnosis. We'll both take a nap.
