Once, playing on Pokémon Stadium, I met a Horsea with an object called "Focus Lens". I found out that it raises the chances of delivering a critical hit, but I don't know where this object can be found. Can anybody help me, please?

The Scope Lens is an extremely rare hold item, and in GSC it (apparently) can only be acquired via Mystery Gift.

[i]haha tough break trying to thief it off horsea... but i mean if you know someone from the area that you can mystery gift with, that could always work.
