    Default Mezza DSA

I'm just curious to see if anybody has seen it or not. It starts airing in the Uk on July 6th and I can't find ANYTHING about it anywhere.. Hrm.. wondering if it was worth the watch.

Is this what you're thinking of?: http://animenewsnetwork.com/encyclop...me.php?id=3059

Is this the new one on Rapture? I haven't heard much about it, doesn't look highly entertaining but I guess it's one of those 'judge for yourself' situations.

I bought Mezzo DSA on DVD a while back and I thought it was pretty good. Plenty of action and interesting situations. I found the voice acting a bit iffy at times, but it doesn't completely ruin it. The ending left me wanting more. There are hints at a possible second series, but I doubt there'll be one given the amount of time that has passed without news.

Yesh that would be it. Didn't get the name right because I only caught the end of the advert. Yeah it's on Rapture instead of Wolf's Rain.

[b][size=3] Mezza? Wait this title sounds very familiar...

Okay I remembered watching this two episode series before. Is it an adult content anime in another words hentai? However Suzie's linky shows me that it is a teen content anime. So is it a hentai or not? >.<" ~ confused

From what I've read, the original feature-length anime (Mezzo Forte) pretty much sounds like hentai. One episode of DSA does have a link to the film, but it fills you in on what happened. I only know this because the flashback sequence in that episode looks distinctively different to the animation used throughout the series.

Mezzo DSA (which is 13 episodes long), however, is not hentai. I can assure you of that. Infact, it doesn't get any worse than what the main character is wearing. Unless you're a time traveller from the early 1900s (hey, it could happen...lol), you fill not find anything offensive.

Oh that sucks. I prefer the animes with perverted humour.

I might need to retract what I typed. One of the main villains could be considered a 'dirty old man'. While his...err, habits didn't offend me, I was wrong to say it was a competely innocent anime (although it doesn't go into great detail). It somehow eluded me this afternoon. Then again, I did it watch a while ago...

...oh, and there a few ecchi moments (emphasis on 'few'). Just don't expect anything like Burn Up XS that has sexual orientated jokes every minute or so (don't get me wrong, I found it hilarious lol). Even if you prefer animes with perverted humour, it's probably worth a watch anyway.

Burn Up is such an awesome anime series. I could watch it over and over and never get bored.
