Start off with a Dragon Dance, then Dive down into the darkness of the sea and use a Dragon Pulse. Make sure to go fast and never stop moving, we don’t want to give that Esper the advantage…. If she follows you down into the darkness, send out a Twister (hopefully forming a wierd... whirlpool spinning twister water thing) in the water to make her uncomfortable.

Right Famfrit, while that overgrown reptile is dancing away, use a Dragon Pulse! Then send a Water Pulse down after Leviathan, I think. Finish up with a Mirror Coat to fend off that Dragon Pulse.
