Rayquaza-Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Crunch/Flamethrower, Extremespeed/Ice Beam. Attach Leftovers. I don't like the pokemon, so I don't much about him, but that's the set I'd use if I used him.

read about it here (rule 8- you must have at least 5 pokemon. basic math dictates that two is less than 5.)

anyway, I think you should use swords dance/ earthquake/ flamethrower/ aerial ace on charizard, though I don't have much experience with raywquaza.
