    Default Stepping down from moderating

    Salam, fellow fanficcers.

Um, the title says it all... I have been thinking lately, and I have finally decided: because I could not dedicate my time on fanfic like I used to, I would like to step down from moderating fanfiction. I'm sure that fanfiction wouldn't be able to afford a moderator that barely have the time to run things around here... so this'll be for the best.

Brian, Kristian, and Ada: it's been a good experience working with you guys. I wish you guys all the best in continuing to moderate the board; and my wish is that my replacement will be able to mantain the intergrity of fanfiction.

Also, thank you to all fanficcers for tolerating with me during my modding period, even though I wasn't doing much of good work. I would like to apologize if I've wronged any of you during my period of moderating.

Thank you, thank you, thank you...

Fanfiction... selamat maju jaya (all the best) =)

    Wasalam.

    -Ahmad Faiz

I had a great time working with you too, Faiz; it was fun while it lasted.

I feel like I've already said everything else, so I'll just wish you all the best for the future, and hopefully still see you around the forums.

    Cheers, mate!

    - Gavin.

We've already talked via IM. In any case, it's your decision and I respect it, but I hope you'll still be around and post when you have the chance. In other words, don't be a stranger.

Good luck with whatever's keeping you so busy.

I've already said this at least three times elsewhere, but we'll miss your presence on the mod squad. It was fun modding with you, man.

Don't you dare speak like you're leaving Fanfic There's still so much you can do without being a mod. Sad to have you step down, but I'm sure we'll still have fun working together in the future.

Yeah man, totally understand this decision. ^__^
Good work though, whilst modding. You better not leave for good, but while you were mod everyone appreciated your efforts

And there's still so much you can do without being a frequent poster.

So, if you don't have time to post so often, you can at least always come here like I do and read some topics and reply if you have time. This comes from a person who posts rarely at Fanfic, I have made some attempts on getting a grasp of the forum, like reading some fics, even commenting on some of them, posting sometimes in the Poetry Corner and even writing a start for my own fic. And printing War of the Forums! But my point is, welcome back to the life of an ordinary poster!

Anyways, hyvää jatkoa (good continuation a literal translation of this Finnish saying)!

Hmm didn't know you like others did. But anyone that sticks around TPM these days must be appreciated. So well done for being a mod and hopefully you are still at TPM occasionally.

Not seeing your name in bold down at the bottom of the forum is certainly going to take some getting used to. Thanks for all that you did for Fanfic during your time as a moderator, and good luck to you in your future endeavors. ^^

Well, I haven't seen you in action, so don't know if I should respect or fear you, so I'm going to take the safe route and wish you all the best!

Be rest assured, you will not be forgotten. I can see Brian writing a WotF II one day in which you die a heroic death at the hands of an internet spider.
