R/S Typhlosion Moveset

I think I posted somthig like this a while back but got no good answer: Problem Typhlosion gets no thunderpunch. He also gets very few other good moves. I know this much:

-Flamethrower
-Earthquake
-I think i had Suny Day in GSC (not sure what went here though)
-T-punch replacement
