Trait-Arena Trap~Pokemon affected by ground cannot withdraw!

See the trait? It means that when u switch dugtrio into a pokemon that is not flying type or has a levitate ability, it is unable to withdraw!

So...

Switch in on the electric using thunderbolt and...

Earthquake
RockSlide?/SludgeBomb/AerialAce/etc,
Rest

Screech will do nicely with this doods poor attack...so screech and earthquake away! DAI MAGNETON...and any other pogey that is weak to ground!

Flygon doesnt have Arena Trap, it has Levitate. Trapinch has Arena Trap

It is a slower way to kill your foe but it should work unless your opponent is a Steel type like Skarmory. Toxic, then alternate between Protect and Dig to try to stall as much as possible. All the while Leftovers is healing you and Toxic s getting worse for the foe. You could alsways use Earthquake over Dig for the more direct approach.

dugtrio sux, it is too weak... it would work against elecs sometimes... but what if that elec has reflect? and hp-ice like a ton of'em do... your screwed then... anywhos, doc all your set is is a basic toxicstall... -_- but w/dugtrio... and for stall you hould always go dig/fly over the others, wing attack/earthquake, cause its not about damage at this point, its about healing, and avoiding... -_-
