yes it was randomized... i promise you that. I actually figured someone would comment on me, this is my first reffing battle, so i am still learning. thank you for the tip.

Stay neutral. Just because Pokemon are unevolved doesn't mean they're at a disadvantage (if that's what your post meant). The anime proves it time and again

The match starts off with both Haplo the Bagon and the Houndoom named Bella staring each other down. Bagon closed his eyes and foure other clones popped out of his normal body making Bella a little confused. (-6 EN for Haplo) Right after the clones were made, Bella took no time to whip a flamethrower that was long and wide enough to deplete the clones, and hit Haplo in the process! (-8EN for Bella)(-5 HP for Haplo)

Haplo did not like this. Not. One. Bit. Haplo got up and spewed forth a burst of air that reeked a horrid stench. It was so vile, it sent Bella staggering. (-5 EN for Haplo) (-4 HP for Bella) Bella held her breath as the stench lingered, and closed her eyes concentrating on the heat of the air around her. In a couple seconds the heat was hot enough to scald anyone that got hit by it. Unfortunately, the person that got hit by it was Haplo. (-6 EN for Bella) (-5 HP for Haplo)

Haplo got right back up after the scorching wind blew him off his feet, and started spinning. He lifted into the air, as Bella noticed a twister forming around him. He stopped spinning but the wind and sticks and stones that gathered around him didn’t. The moving force struck bella and then died down after striking. (-5 EN for Haplo) (-6 HP for Bella) After being spun around a couple times and battered by the stones and sticks, Bella calmed herself and made an eerie dark mass of darkness and spread it outward right at Haplo. (-7 EN for Bella) (-8 HP for Haplo)
