Name: Mayonaka, Yuki
Gender: Male
Age: 16
Grade: 10th
Physical Appearance: Somewhat tall at 5'10" with a very lanky build and pale skin. He has long, straight dark-brown hair that goes down a little past his shoulder which he keeps in a low-tied ponytail. His eyes are green.
Typical Clothing: When not in school uniform, he's typically the kind to wear baggy bondage pants (with all the straps and chains), some kind of generic printed tee, and a set of headphones around his neck.
Personality: Yuki isn't exactly anti-social, he just doesn't try to make new friends a lot of the time. If he finds someone interesting he's good at extending his friendship. On the other hand, if someone wants to befriend him, he rarely turns them down. Because of this, he's usually the one to take the more leader-like role in any particular group, even with people he barely knows. He's the kind to never leave a friend behind, and trust that his friends would do the same for him. He's typically calm and collected, but there's the occasional problem that can send him into a panic attack.
History: Has had his bracelet for a couple months now (he was one of the first to get it); as such he can change at will, and has moderate control over his powers. Interestingly enough, he doesn't mind the alternate form (although the physical changes are a bit unsettling) as he was already fairly feminine in appearance and has been crossplaying for a couple years already. His exact words upon learning he could switch were, "Well, this'll make it easier to pass..."
Other: He's very into anime, geek, and gamer stuff, and tries to start conversations with people about it.

Bracelet Type/Gender: Blue/Female
Weapon/Magic Type: Electricity; can fire balls of electricity at her targets, or can send a jolt into anything she touches.
Physical Appearance: Stays at 5'10", she (of course) gains larger breasts, but not giant ones, and stays about the same build besides that. Her hair is now a light brown, almost blond color, and is held in two low-tied ponytails which now reach mid-back. Her eyes are still green.
Changed Personality: Stays pretty much the same, but speaks more naturally female while in Kämpfer form. She seems to be more likely to find people to befriend in this form.
Other: Goes by Yasashisa, Yuki while in Kämpfer form.

Suddenly awake
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
I jolted awake, sitting up straight in bed. Not many things could wake me up once I went to sleep, but a large presence very close to me was one of those things. I sat still, trying to figure out what it was.
"Whassamatter?" Shiba-kun asked from my desk; he's the animated shiba inu plush I had received two months earlier, who had given me my bracelet and powers.
"Something's awoken, but I can't tell what it is," I replied. "But I think it's coming from my neighbor's house..."
"Oooh, might be a new chosen one waking up!" Shiba-kun said excitedly.
"But I've never been shaken from sleep by one of those before. It could be something Evil." I hesitated, not wanting to just jump over there.
"Well, no other chosen have awoken this close to you before either," Shiba-kun remarked. I had the feeling he could sense it too and knew what it was, and was simply egging me on. He was a bit of a jerk like that sometimes. Even still, I didn't want to take any chances, so I quickly pulled on a pair of jeans before heading to my window.
A light was on in a second floor room. As it was just after midnight, I knew I wasn't going to go in through the front door, and I wasn't athletic enough to scale the building normally. I focused and felt myself transform; my hair got longer, my chest inflated, and my figure slimmed. Finished, I noticed my jeans had gone from slightly baggy to figure-fitting, as had my plain black shirt.
I dropped to the ground, then jumped the fence with ease, landing silently on the other side. Quietly I walked to the side where the light was, then jumped up to the balcony railing. I took a look inside to see a girl around my age, looking panicked, and wearing a blue bracelet like mine. I sighed in relief, silently amused. I knew this house only had one kid, and it was a boy in my grade. Unless my guess was way off, he was now the she standing in the room.
There was a white stuffed lion on the desk that was moving around, the avatar for this person. I couldn't tell if she was more freaked by her new body or the moving lion. I could hear voices talking, but it was from a far window and couldn't make out any words. After a couple minutes, she slumped down and curled up on her bed. I took this time to slide open the balcony door, surprisingly not fazing her at all.
"You're Hikaru, right?" I asked.
"O-of course I am!" she said with a stutter, her hand going to her throat. "B-but you know my name b-because I'm dreaming!"
"It's not a dream," I said simply.
"Y-you're only saying that b-because I said it's a dream," she insisted, finally rolling over to face me. "I don't even know you so you must be a dream."
"Except you do know me, just not like this," I said, then proceeded to transform back to my normal body, my clothes changing back with me.
"Yuki?!" Hikaru squeaked, looking completely shocked. "But-but why were you a girl just a moment ago?!"
"The same reason you're a girl right now," I said, then held out the bracelet on my arm. "We're blue Kämpfer, and blue Kämpfer are female. Why we got blue bracelets instead of red ones I don't know, but that's why we become female when transforming."
"Well don't look at me, I was just told to bestow the bracelet on whoever took me home!" the lion on the desk suddenly called out. "They didn't tell me to check their gender, and I don't really see why it matters anyway!"
"Because boys and girls are different you freaky talking thing!" Hikaru blurted out suddenly.
"Hey, I have a name, it's Kimba-kun!" the plush said, indignantly.
I glanced sideways at it, "You totally stole that name..."
"I didn't steal it, the Guardians named me so they stole it." He stood up and walked to the front of the desk. "Hey, don't you people usually sleep at this time?"
"I am asleep, this is all a dream," Hikaru said, "and even if it's not, you woke me up with this bracelet!" She brandished it at him.
"I meant like the other people in the house, ya dumb blonde," Kimba-kun said, irritated.
Hikaru glared at him, but then sighed and shook her head, "My mom's a heavy sleeper, she only wakes up when she wants to." With that she curled up into a sitting ball again, wrapping her arms around her legs.
"You should probably get back to sleep," I said, going for the balcony door again, "just know you're not alone."
"Yeah, I'm never alone in my dreams..." she trailed off as she fell down onto her bed again, clicking the light off. I slipped outside, then transformed back into Kämpfer so I could make the jumps back to my room.
I came back into my room and was greeted with, "So, did'ya have fun?"
I glared at Shiba-kun, "Stuff it, you knew and wouldn't tell me."
"So what if I did?" he said, "It gets boring sometimes with nothing to do."
I transformed back, then changed back into my sleep pants. "Well, try and be more considerate next time," I said before falling asleep again.

I woke up to my alarm and got ready for school. The weather was getting warmer as April came to a close. It almost didn't feel like Tuesday the weather was so nice. As I turned the corner, I was surprised to not see Hikaru standing there like he usually does. When he came rushing around the corner five minutes later, disheveled and with a bright red wrist around his contrasting bright blue bracelet, he noticed me and then quickly started rifling through his bag.
After a minute of shuffling I realized he just was trying to avoid looking at me, probably because I was 'in his dream' last night. Deciding to start easy, I said, "You okay over there?"
"I'm fine," he said sharply, with a little edginess that he didn't normally have. "I didn't sleep well," he hastily added after seeing my doubting expression.
"Not coping with the warmer weather?" I asked so as not to alarm him. He just shook his head, but stopped rifling his bag. "Lost something important? Bad dreams? Worried about school?"
I saw him twinge at the dreams question, but I think I successfully distracted him because he turned and just asked, "When did you suddenly become a psychiatrist?" I simply shrugged. He continued, "I just didn't sleep well, that's all." As I saw the bus coming up, I decided to keep quiet at that, waiting for the right moment.
Getting onto the bus we were pulled into the throng of the other kids. As I was pulled back, I saw my chance and leaned towards Hikaru, simply saying, "It wasn't a dream," before moving on. He didn't get a chance to respond, and I had lost track of him by the time we had reached school.
As I stopped at my locker, one of my my locker-neighbors, Suzuro Chiyo, was just finishing up. As she went to leave, she noticed me and gave a small smile of recognition. I returned the smile, saying, "I found another one," and holding up my bracelet.
