It was known as “the Event.” Cataloged by the military as “34c-236 Alpha Case Designate: MELTDOWN.

On January 12th, 2001, in Miami Florida, a force exploded with the destructive power of a thermo-nuclear bomb. Miami was leveled and the surrounding area was flattened. Hundreds upon thousands of people died in the blast and much of the lower coast of Florida was now barren real-estate being taken by the sea.

The country was in panic. Who could have leveled the lower part of Florida so effectivly. The FBI, CIA, and every Homeland security institution was searching for answers. What they found, wasn't pretty. Using surveillance satellites, the cause of the explosion wasn't a regular bomb. It was a living bomb. Satellite images showed that a young man was the source of the explosion.

Anti-Mutant, or rather, Anti-Anyone-with-a-strong-power, sentiment skyrocketed. Regular people, the majority were afraid, and scared. So was the government. Up till this point, many Mutants or so-called Super Heroes had been vigilantes working to help the common man. But, the “Event” changed all that.

Some mutants were killed, others were run out of town, others went underground. The National Guard was called in on numerous accounts to try and quell the fighting, but usually making things more difficult, and bloody. The government called for a strict registration on any individual with any kind of natural, scientific, or supernatural enhancement or abilities so that they could be monitored.

Not everyone agreed with this.

Tensions rose, until in 2003, a number of enhanced beings charged in and took out Washington D.C., claiming it theirs and effectively issuing a war against the United States of America. The military was mobilized. Easily held off, the President asked for the “heroes” to end the situation.

The results, shocked everyone.

The assailants were more organized than the saviors, acting as effective guerrillas and the heroes nothing more than show-boaters. The heroes were beaten, many killed, and the survivors went into hiding.

Victorious, the assailants, took more territory, forcing the U.S. Government to relocate to Norad. States east of the Rockies and below the 40th Latitude were divided into territories, controlled by various hierarchies. What remains is the rest of the United States is controlled by the federal government.

However things are different. The government itself is taking an interest in “protecting” its citizens and taking precautions to avoid a repeat of the “Event.” This has set up a school where Mutants and other “gifted” children and adolescents go. They not only go for learning, but also to harness their power so that they do not lose control.

This school, is stationed in the Washington countryside. It is the first one built and funded by the government, and eats up a considerable amount of the budget. The most important reason this school is allowed to exist, is because of the headmistress herself.

So now, over 8 years after the “Event” the school is still getting it's footing. The walls have been cleared for a new class of students, and the senior students still have much to learn. They are taught not only on education, but also combat and control. There are plans for these students, different factions in the United States Government and their views how to deal with the “threat” mutants and others like them pose to national security.

The students are monitored, tutored, and the school is prone to government inspection by the higher-ups. But what the students must remember, is who they are, and what they can accomplish.

There is more to the world, than just a Singularity.

I really liked the opportunity to try this again, so I'm going to try ans start up X-Men one more time. If those of you who are interested in playing the same characters, don't be afraid to grab your old-characters from the previous incarnation.

The set up is simple. Consider it a School/Super-hero genre complete with teachers, bullies, fights, cheeky escapades, mystery, and large scale combat. So down to the Nitty Gritty.

Isiu Academy for Gifted Youths: The name of the school. It is a large complex, about as big as a community college. There are dorms split for male and female residence, both connecting to the main school. There are long hallways, basic recreation equipment, and the usual school studies. Teachers are past students, or some that have volunteered to help coach the next generation of gifted people. Many dorms have two students per room, but on a few occasions can a single room be available.

You will all be playing as Students (Ages 8-17) attending this academy. You can be Mutants, intellects, or just some that underwent a chance encounter that changed your fate (i.e. Spiderman, ect). I will be using the Teachers from the previous version, and will accept no more ideas for teachers.

Teacher Roster: There are currently 6 Teachers at the school, each teaching differing subjects to the best of their abilities. Some are survivors of the attack on D.C., others are interested in teaching the next generation, and others just enjoy a steady paycheck, even if it is taxpayer money.

If ANYONE does not like the idea of using the character they submitted as a teacher, then I will remove them from the Roster. Please inform me ASAP.

NPC Students: You didn't think you were the only ones in the School huh? Here are some other students one may come across as NPCs, including their names and general powers.

Sonia Hodgeson, Sonic: An adrenaline junkie with an attitude, an accident turned her into literally the fastest thing alive. Able to run at light speed, she's an X-treme gamer and athlete with no equal. If only she could learn to listen to what the teachers say. Her hair is long, blond,and spiked with a metallic sheen, with golden eyes to match. 14 years old.

Aiden Nichols, Black Out: A bit off kelter and someone who has no reguards for the law or others. Fairly dangerous, the staff keeps him on constant watch. His ability to manipulate dark energy comes at a price for this 16 year old, as he's been restrained on several occasions. His primary foci for his abilities are kept in lock up for the safety of everyone at the school.

Walter Hitchens, Dead-Eye: At 17 years old, Walter has been keeping himself busy learning to use his abilities for everyone's advantage. A natural born leader, he can create energy arrows and fire them with stark precision from a long distance away. You see him when you least expect it.

Richard Zecks, Negate: For someone so skittish, it's surprising to know that this 16 year old student has no distinct abilities. More of a jack of all trades, Rich finds himself immune to all but the most powerful magics, mental attacks, and energy attacks. It's even rumored that he's immune to the manipulation of reality. Other than that, he's as normal as can be, learning what he can when he can.

Description: He's a short, slightly chubby angry American who usually has a frown on his face. He has messy reddish brown hair and although he is tubby, his arms and legs are quite muscular (for a 13-year old boy at least). He usually wears a white tank-top with a Hawaiian shirt unbuttoned on top and cargo shorts with sports socks and sneakers.
Personality: Angry, spoilt and generally abrasive, he doesn't make friends easily and usually likes to get his own way, liking to bully people he is stronger than and jealous of people he is weaker than. He doesn't see anyone as a rival, more of an annoyance. As such he has quite a large ego, however, it is a fragile ego, and he is known for throwing one hell of a tantrum. Secretly, he does wish he could make friends, however, his ego refuses to allow him to be vulnerable and open up to other people.

However, he loves video games and playing video games with other people is possibly one of the only times he'll be openly friendly with other people.
Power Type: Mutant
Powers: He can change the gravitational pull or push, sometimes relative to Earth, of his own body, a part of his own body or any area or object/body that is nearby. He has to have eye-contact in order to use this on a particular object, but can use it on a general area, using either himself or a nearby point as an epicentre. This means he can either crush or smash something by increasing the Earth's gravity around them by many times, he can pull object to him or he can even float by negatively changing his gravity, or pulling his body towards another object.
Weapon(s): None.
Drawbacks: He hasn't got perfect control and as such cannot do anything delicate, plus he needs to concentrate hard to use his powers for more specific tasks. His anger is also an issue that can either overamplify his powers or he will sometimes lose control and crush or float everything around him. Extended use of his powers exhaust him too.
Relationships: Has parents, although they're the ones who sent him to this school because they were sick of his destructive tantrums.
History: Larry was never a popular kid and didn't have too many friends. The manifestation of his powers didn't help much as he often caused damage every time he was angry or didn't get his own way, and although anger management seemed to help, he was still very angry, so his parents sent him to the school after an offer to help him control his powers, although Larry didn't want to go, although he was inside sick of being hated at his home.

Personality:Liam is a caring person who can't stand to see others in pain. Uncomfortable in crowds, He spends much of his time alone. Tries to see good in everyone but is not always able to do so. Short fused. Very short.

History:Liam's mother died in child birth, leaving him with his abusive father. He ran away, and was raised by a young girl named Wanda. However, when her father, an oil tycoon, found out about Liam's power, he kidnapped Liam and forced him to produce oil. He broke out with Wanda's help, but was separated from her by an explosion. (see Description)

Descriptiontanding at about five foot even, Dana is rather on the short end of things, Her hair, the color of golden wheat, goes to her shoulders and frames a fairly good looking face with green eyes. She can normally be found wearing jeans and a T-shirt. In terms of figure, she is in fact shapely, in spite of her height. Her 'Costume" is basically little more than a mask to pull over her head.
Personality:Overall, Dana's pretty easygoing, nice, and carefree amongst her fellow students. However, in the world outside, she's almost always on edge, due to having had some... less than pleasant experiences.
Power Type: Mutant, taps into a supernatural force though.
Powers: Her mutant power enables her to tap into and draw forth energy from the Darkforce Dimension, which she can use as blasts and a substitute for Telekinesis.
Weapon(s): Her powers.
Drawbacks: Unfortunately for her, the energy of the Darkforce Dimension seems to have a mind of its own at times, and can behave peculiarly, either doing some random effect she didn't intend, or outright lashing out at non-targeted people. Additionally, it's only happened once, but the power can seize control of her.

History: For most of her life, Dana had known things to be average, boring, and generally hum drum, she went to school, came home, went to camps, the usual. An only child, she did well enough in school that her parents never had to complain. Then came the fateful day when her powers manifested two years ago. At a summer camp, she had been having the worst day of her life, everything kept going wrong, she rolled out of bed, was last to the showers, the works, and then the camp's bullies decided to target her. That was when her powers kicked in, and the Darkforce subsumed her personality. She awoke a day later, surrounded by men with guns.

After eventually arriving at the school, things have settled down for her, even if the teachers keep an eye on her just in case.

Description: He stands just above 5 feet with pale blue eyes as cold as ice, while his hair is a very pale white. He wears a long sleeve black jacket with a white shirt underneath as well as a pair of stone washed long blue jeans, his shoes are a pair of plain white sneakers.
Personality: Because he kept his powers secret from the rest of his family till a little while ago, he became a sort of recluse which usually stayed at the back of crowds not really drawing attention to himself. He doesn't have really many friends because of this and is seen as the random guy who seems to be everywhere but no one actually knows what he does.
Power Type: Mutant
Powers: Cryokenesis
He basically has the power to control ice, just like people with Pyrokenesis have the ability can control fire. He can freeze water vapour and then use his powers to make it move to what ever shape he wants it *whoooo flying ice*
Weapon(s): His own two hands which he uses to manipulate the ice, plus a few small vials of water of his belt incase no water can be found.
Drawbacks: Well if it is really hot his powers are seriously diminished and if his hands are tied he isn't able to move the ice at all, just make it.
Relationships: He has no relationships because his personality comes off a bit "frosty" so he doesn't have many friends.
History: His history is normal as most people, when he first discovered his power when he was 5 he was a smart enough kid to keep them to himself as to not draw attention to himself. But a few months before coming to the school he was being bullied by upper classmen at his old school and in a fit of rage he froze them in place. It was after that incident his parents found out about his powers and sent him to the Mutant Academy.

Name: Steven Wiles
Codename: Demon
Age: 16

Description: Steven’s transformation drastically altered his physical state. No longer human, he stands at a little over seven feet tall, weighs 512 lbs, and is 20 feet 10 inches long from snout to tail. His arms are muscled, but thin, with some bony scutes protruding from his biceps. Along his back are jagged, boney dorsal spines, recurved forward. These spines get larger around his shoulder, then become reduced constantly until the tip of his tail. Steven’s legs are digigrade, with three digits on the ground, and a fourth vestigial “hallex” like structure on the outside edge of his leg. His head is rectangular, slightly wedge-shaped. His has no lips, so his teeth are crocodilian, bursting from the edges of his jaws and resting against the outside edge of the opposite jaw. Covered in thick, charcoal black scales, Steven looks like something out of hell itself. With blazing red eyes that sometimes glow and pent-up energy seems to emanate from them as he fights and loses himself to his animal instincts.
Personality: Steven is quiet, not like he was before his mutation came forth. He slinks from the shadows, watching everything. Deep down inside, we wants to make friends, and have fun like he used to. However, his current condition makes him shy away from others, only appearing in a flash of scales, claws, and blazing red eyes. Ashamed of himself, he has been known to stay in his room since arriving in an armored transport under the cover of darkness.
Power Type: Mutant
Powers: Transformed body into a Saurian-like creature. Armor-piercing claws and teeth, long tail, bone spikes, accelerated healing factor, increased strength, dexterity, agility, speed, and senses.
Weapon(s): Teeth, claws, strength, dexterity, speed. Steven IS a weapon.
Drawbacks: While being the closest thing to a living weapon, Steven has difficulty controling his baser animal instincts. The transformation caused a hormone imbalance that leaves him more in-tune with raw instinct. The loss of his reason can be brought on by the scent of blood, the taste, or just the adrenaline rush of combat. It can also come forth in more basic instinctual desires and needs.
Relationships: Has a mom and brother. Both believe him to be dead. Father is unknown.
History: Steven Wiles has always been a little off. Despite his general well rounded physical abilities he had a massive appetite that nearly forced his mother to go broke feeding him and his brother, Robert. Even with his massive craving for food of any type, he never seemed to gain a pound of fat during his life looking like a human. What no one could guess, however is that his body was preparing itself for the energy needed for when his mutation finally started to surface.

One morning, Steven had skipped breakfast, which lead that day to go from bad to worse. Starving, and agitated, his body underwent a transformation. Changing his human form to that of a seven-foot reptile with sharp claws and a long tail for balance, Steven nearly went into a feeding frenzy due to the energy released during the awakening of his mutant powers. The school was sent into a craze, and it was reported that Steven himself had died in the following publications of a monster loose on the school. The Government came in and captured Steven. There were plans to study him, before the headmistress of the school informed them that he was a mutant, and was still in the throws of his powers awakening.

Restrained and brought to the school under intense guard, Steven, (now going as Demon) is one of the more monstrous additions to the student body.

Other: His brother is a mutant as well. What he can do and where he is at, is unknown. No one at the academy besides the staff know about Steven's existence.

Name: Valen Ethan
Codename: Tracer
Age:12
Sex: Male
Year: Greenhorn (As far as the school is concerned)
Description: Tracer is about average for a 12 year old. With a small build and thin body. His clothes are loose fitting with lots of pockets to hold his various gadgets. His hair is black, cut short and either ruffled or combed depending on the appearance he wants to achieve. His glasses are small computer screens that he can modify for a variety of uses. Tracer's hair is dark and his skin is pale. Strikingly thin, he could be tossed around easily and isn't very physically fit. When he can get away with it he wears clothes with lots of pockets that can hold his varying gadgets, most of this clothing colored a earthy red-brown.
Personality: In person, he’s quiet, seems shy, but doesn’t go around telling people that he’s ten times smarter than they are. He can’t stand blatant stupidity, but understands that people can forget little things that make all the difference, as such he’ll point it out in a few words. He’s blunt, to the point, but treats others with respect if they’ve earned it. Distrusting of some others, he can keep himself distant from his intellectual and developmental peers. When he finds something he can’t figure out, he obsesses over it, trying to learn everything he can about it. How it works, why it does what it does, how can it be applied for something else?
Power Type: Natural
Powers: Staggering Intellect. Tracer has four PhDs in Computer Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Physics, and Electrical Systems, and almost a dozen MS and MAs in other fields (Biology, Chemistry, Architecture, Geology, just to name a few). His mind works faster than a supercomputer, and his interest in electronics allows him to navigate through computer databases as fast and silently as a wolf in the forest. He’s also been the fore-front at a lot of technology research to make several gadgets, computer systems, and robots that are dozens of years beyond what we have. He can hack through the computer systems of several governmental agencies in hours and does so just to prove that he can (despite that's how he got caught).
Weapon(s): No natural weapons (besides his mind), Tracer uses various weapons and gadgets that he makes.
Drawbacks: Physically weak. Tracer can't take a punch very well.
Relationships: He hasn't made friends in real life easy, but he is finding a friend in his roommate, Kaleo. Tracer may open up to other students. Fascinated by Sigil-038. Almost to the point of fandom, but doesn’t really have much else in the way of an emotional attachment to her. Or it may be because she acts more like a mother than his biological mom ever did.
History: Tracer’s history is swamped in mystery and background search dead-ends. However the buzz going around the net is as follows:

Tracer’s family was a low-middle class family working in the hub of Chicago. Even from a young age his intellect was way past what his parent’s were capable of. However, they failed to recognize his intelligence even if the grade school instructors wanted to have him go forward in classes, closer to his intellectual peers. His parents scoffed at the idea. So, he forged their consent with his own brand of hacking and was able to excel in school, surprising his teachers beyond their notions. When he showed sufficient scores to get into any university he wanted, his parents thought it a joke and left him there where he was.

So he forged a new name and background from the depths of the net, and passed himself off as someone else who was super intelligent and very young. Taking virtual college courses as well as on campus classes at the nearest college, he would have made headlines, if he hadn’t expressed his own concern for such a thing and keeping his college instructors from doing so.

He graduated head of every class, and gained three degrees within a few short years. After getting his doctorates and offered several teaching positions, he turned them down. He tried to get his parents to accept his intelligence one more time, but it failed miserably, his parents thinking it a prank or childish daydream. Frustrated, he ran away from home.

He managed to survive off of hacking a few accounts, taking the rounded interest off of compounded finances in different banks. No one suspected anything as this young man lived on his own. However he hacked government computers for kicks, not taking any information, but simply proving that he could. One day he hacked into a highly secured agency. Before the hacker realized it, he was caught in the programing and there was a knock at the door.

Agents of POLICE had tracked his signal to his door and arrested the young man. The head director, both impressed and concerned with the young man's skills, offered him an option. They could erase his past, and leave him a ghost, locked down with nothing, or Valen could enroll in the Isiu Academy and once he graduated would be offered a position at POLICE if not a job of his choosing in the governments intelligence agencies.
Other: His electronic actions are constantly being monitored by POLICE to test his skills and to ensure that Tracer doesn't over-step his boundaries. The young hacker hasn't found a way to hide his trail from them yet, but he's working on it.

Name: Mike Rampart
Codename: Armor
Age: 16
Sex: Male
Year: Junior
Description: Mike is tall for his age, nearly 6 feet tall. He's not very muscular, but he's not a twig either. His skin borders on pale, and his eyes are a vibrant shade of green. His hair, which he keeps short (usually about an inch long), is a dark brown color. Mike is usually seen wearing a pair of jeans and a random T-shirt. He has a pair of bracelets on his wrists, black in color and about an inch wide.
Personality: Mike is a very friendly guy. He's usually the one that finds the lonely people and tries to make a more social person out of them. He strives to find the good in all people, and as such has made many friends all over the school. Despite this, though, he stays away from social events and the like, preferring to spend more personal time with his friends. When a friend is hurt or threatened, he is very swift to make things right.

Power Type: Alien Power Suit
Powers: From his bracelets he is able to summon power armor over his forearms and lower legs, as well as a visor over his eyes. The armor is black in color and somewhat shiny, and the visor is merely a black band from one temple to the other, covering his eyes. This armor, while looking like it provides little protection, actually covers Mike with an invisible shield that dampens physical blows. It also gives him super-strong punches and kicks. The visor acts as a scanning device, able to track anything or attempt to discover something's weakness.
Weapon(s): His fists and feet, when armored.
Drawbacks: Without his suit on, he's basically a normal weak human; also it currently takes a few moments for his suit to materialize, and he needs to remain focused to call it (or disperse it).
Relationships: Friends with a lot of people (so most people know him in some way); he does have a few special friends, but nothing romantic yet.

History: Grew up a normal life, nothing mutant or anything. When he was 13 he was home alone when something crashed in his backyard. Curious, he went to look and found a sphere lying there in the small crater. As he picked it up, the sphere burst into a ball of light, engulfing him until he was floating in a bright void with just the sphere of light. A voice in an alien language sounded around him, and in his head he heard it translated into English, telling him about the armor suit and how it would help in the battles that the planet would go through in the near future. The sphere of light dissolved into two bracelets that appeared on his wrists.

Suddenly the light faded from around him and he was left standing in his backyard, with no evidence that the sphere had ever crashed save for the bracelets on his wrists and a fading voice telling him to simply concentrate to draw out the power. He concentrated and felt the bracelets warm around him, and a couple minutes later stood with the armor on his legs, arms, and face. He felt the power of the armor, and realized he needed to use this as the voice had told him to. Focusing for another couple minutes, he was able to hide the armor again.

Knowing his parents were understanding, he let them know as soon as they got home. They agreed that he had a gift, but they didn't know what to do until a staff member from Islu came to their house two days later with an offer. Description: Erin stands at 5'4", is a little chubby (but not what most people would consider "fat"), and has seemingly flawless peachy skin. Her eyes are a bright blue and her hair, which reaches halfway down her back with no bangs, is a shiny platinum blond. Typically she wears loose-fitting shirts and pants (in dark colors usually), but occasionally (read: rarely) she wears something form-fitting. You will never see her in a skirt or a dress unless someone forced her to, at which point she'll be very uncomfortable in it. Her usual outfit is a pair of black bondage pants with blue accents that seem to be a bit too long, a very loose black t-shirt (but not so loose as to be falling off), and a pair of black boots.
Personality: Very shy and reserved, Erin doesn't talk to anyone. One may think that she has no voice, but she'll speak if necessary, and only if necessary (typically only in classes). If you do manage to get her to talk, she'll keep her personal life to herself, even bluntly saying she doesn't want to talk about it. Despite all this, she really does have a good heart and hates to see any injustice or violence, and often tries to fix them, sometimes even being willing to speak to do so.

Power Type: Supernatural/Alien
Powers: Erin is able to control raw energy from her hands. She is currently able to either launch a small blast of energy outwards that will explode on impact, or create a beam sword by grasping an energy ball that she forms in her hand.
Weapon(s): Just her energy.
Drawbacks: Having recently acquired her powers, she is still very inexperienced in using them. Having also recently acquired her femininity, she's having a bit of trouble coping with that as well (see history).
Relationships: None anymore; too closed to even really consider making new friends, not even with her roommate (she wishes she didn't have one, but there wasn't an open single room).

History: Erin used to be Aaron, an average boy doing what normal kids do: go to school, hang with friends, etc. He even liked to hang out with Kiala, a girl who he kinda liked, but wasn't sure if he really liked her that way, or if she liked him back. On one of his times hanging out with Kiala, they were walking along a cliff that had a nice view when Aaron tripped on a rock, falling over the railing and down the cliff. After hitting about six different ledges and seeming to break twice as many bones, he landed at the bottom, his body going into shock from the pain. Just before he blacked out, he saw a bright light from the top of the cliff where he had fallen.

When he woke up, he was very surprised to find that he was actually awake. As he sat up, he was even more surprised to find that he was no longer a "he" anymore either. His shock grew as he realized his new body was actually Kiala's. That's when Kiala's voice came from another creature, something definitely not human. She told him that she was actually from another planet, and had come to Earth for a specific purpose, one that she had incidentally completed a couple years ago, and that she stayed because she liked it on Earth. She apologized for putting Aaron into her human body, but felt it was the only way to save his consciousness. As she went to leave, she told Aaron that her body had some control over energy and that he would be able to use that as well. With that she disappeared.

Confused and panicked and only somewhat believing all of this, she ran home, but was shooed by her mother, who didn't appreciate some "Erin" girl coming along claiming to be her son. Dejected, she left, but was surprised when Tina Tourmaline drove up to her and told her about Islu Academy. Having nowhere else to go and hoping for some help, she accepted the offer.

Description: Davis stands about 5'7... not really a giant neither a migit, and has just started growing at least. His eyes seem to change depending on the mood hes in, even though that in the winter they are an irony grey, and in the summer they are a bright blue, and everything in between. Davis was born with pasty skin, and a head of black hair, that he keeps spiked. He has a scar in the shape of an X on his left rib, reaching from his peck, to lower back, and the other slash, from his shoulder blade to the left part of his stomach. He has the Tatoo of a cross on his right fourarm. He has a very muscular build, due to him lifting things with gravity. His teen years so far havent been harsh on him, for his skin is nearly flawless, only he has freckles on his cheek bones and along the nose line. He dresses in semi- tight jeans(ones in wich would look good on a boy) and a tight muscle shirt, with a baseball cap turned backwards. Wears black sneakers.
Personality: Usually has a cheerful compassionate attitude, but the things he has seen and done have turned him quiet. He is wmotional to an extent of anger. Tends to be independent. Bottles up his feelings alot, usually causing him to unleash great amounts of anger, in which he saves for battle. His freinds are his greatest posession, and will do anything to make sure they are safe. He likes things of value, meaning that if somone gave him something that meant alot to them, he would treasure it greatly. He is determined, and gets through things, even sometimes not as planned. Can be impulsive. He is very romantic, but nobody gets to see that side unless he sees that its okay to open that door just a tiny creak.
Power Type: Mutant
Powers: Can control gravity. Can move the focus of gravity to his will, put it on himself to make him run faster etc.
Weapon(s): Carries two jet black pistols.
Drawbacks: Being in places where gravity becomes his enemy, like in the sky(because if he tries to get down he slpatters.) Having nothing to use his powers on.
Relationships: Is looking for a friend.
History: Davis has always been a troubled kid. When he was five, and he first found out about his powers, he didnt really find out actually, they more of came in with an entrance, an entrance so big that he was left as an orphan. Thay came on him one day and the power overwhlmed him, so he tried to push it away. He did it succesfully, until he went downstairs and realized that he had crushed his parents under the preasure of the gravity. He managed on his own, commiting crimes to stay alive, here and there. He managed to have his first love at thirteen, until she perished by his hand on their first kiss. So yeah Davis has had a rough time.

Having two characters with the same superpower isn't something brand new to Marvel. You know how many fecking Telepaths there are?! And all can do the same general thing?

The difference between the two Gravity Based Characters is this.

Heald: The power description matches more or less to object manipulation.

DCM: Your's on the other hand matches a more personal ability, although for what you describe, it could also be considered Density Manipulation for increased strength, speed, stamina, what-have-you.

The two powers may be gravity based, but what they effect are where the difference lies. I will however suggest that DCM change his ability to Density Manipulation.

WEll MM, my power is focusing gravity. So say if i kept putting the gravity in front of me i could fly, or i could put it on walls so i could walk on them. Or even putting it in back of me and pushing me foward making me run faster(thats what i meant by running fast). And then i could also compress gravity from each side of somthing to make it explode. Then i could obviosly lift things with the gravity, and take away all gravity on a small radius. Does that make my gravity power clearer?
