i can't evolve my feebas.. =(

hi! i could REALLy use some help.. i have a lv26 male feebas it has a modest nature. i've already feed him gray pokebloks until he wont eat anymore and then leveled him up but he just won't evolve. i know that he has to have 170 beuty points to evolve but is there any way to see how many beuty points it has? do the level and feel of the pokeblocks have something to do with it?
please help me!
by the way could anyone explain me how can i get my black flute to work?

Sorry but that perfect Feebas now is a feebas. You can not evolve it, how you can tell is you count, no easier way. I don't know how to make the black flute work either. Catch another Feebas

How did you get those Gray pokeblocks? Try either Hondew or Kelpsy Berries. The only way to know how many points it has is to keep track of the Berries you feed it, i.e. the Lv of the Berry. Feel is just to determine how many Berries you can give it. The higher the Feel the less of that pokeblock you can give it.

Oh, yeah. The black flute simly sucks. I've heard people say that if you have the cleanse tag equiped and you use the black flute it works great, but don't count on it.

I don't know how many exactly. Around 8 pokeblocks, maybe. As soon as you see the beauty hit the corner of the Pentagon (I think it's a pentagon -- it has five sides right?) level it up. Sorry I can't be of more help.
