    Default Yo ho ho, are we in a whale? (nsmbwii versus papa) (REF: DL)

    This fight will be a simple 2 on 2 match.
    DQ: 5 days
    Banned Moves: Earthquake, Magnitude would be useless since most of the area is too fragile.
    You can send out 1st, and I will attack 1st.

    Arena: Inside the stomach of Monstro, the large whale that first appeared in Disney's "Pinocchio" in 1940. This stage will also be based off of his Kingdom Hearts appearance. As seen, there is a large amount of water and debris floating inside and is very spacious.

    Also, various Heartless roam the area, and will randomly join in the fight to attack others. Luckily, they can be attacked and destroyed with one or two attacks. As a bonus, green spheres will drop out and restore 8% HP to whoever deals the finishing blow. What actions the Heartless use, and when they appear is up to the referee's judgement.

    The following Heartless may appear in the fight:

    Crystal Crosser (7-9 % HP) (Ice/Psychic): It stays away from the fight and casts small ice shards upon others. It also has a nasty Blizzard attack which will be able to freeze you, but it can't use it repeatedly.

    Armed Payload (12-14 % HP) (Fire): It's skin is coated with a sticky substance. It will run up to a Pokemon and attach itself to them, and three actions later, explode on them. It will attach itself to others if physical contact is applied from the current holder to the other Pokemon. While bulky, a fire attack will automatically make it explode, whether if it is on the ground, or attached to somebody.

    Hurricane Flailer (9-11 % HP) (Fighting/Flying): It spins around at high speeds destroying everything in close-range. It can also clap and create a blade of air to attack from a distance.

    Also, these Heartless were recolors of already existing Heartless, I just added in names and additional techniques to better fit it in for ASB.

    Alright, I'll send Taylor, male Swadloon with Overcoat. Start the fight with a Grasswhistle, then Calm Mind, then top the sundae with a Silver Wind!

    Now we'll just need a referee... any volunteers?

    ===Round 1===

    Well now, this is new. Using awesome technologies-that being magic -we find ourselves transported into Monstro. Man I thought I'd NEVER have this dream again. But here I am, stuck in the body of a whale.

    Least I'm not alone. I sense there are hidden folks in this fight, but the two main players are nsmbwii and papabopp. Ready to duel, Papa whips out Shellshock, an ornery Squirtle with loads of experience battling thus far. His challenger, an ..emo looking compost heap?

    ns: -.- Don't. He never smiles anymore.

    Well...that's kinda sad. Anyway, Taylor shifts around placardly, and Shellshock gets us started with a nice shield to block out any and all whistling effects. Taht gives Taylor even more reason to frown. Mopey face!

    Ta: -3E ~~ Sh: -6E

    The turtle blasts forward, sensing the whistling has ended. As calms down his senses and inversely readies himself for this fight, Shellshock blasts forth and vomits a slew of nasties all over him. Taylor is not pleased by this at all. (-2)

    Ta: -3E +SpA/D Txc lvl 1~~ Sh: -3E

    Shellshock steps back as Taylor tries to wipe the Toxic away. But that suck sticks into his leave creases, and seems to be there to stay. Shellshock follows up with a moment of clarity, creating a self regenerating ring of water around its body. In retaliation for this poisoning, Taylor huffs, and blows a different wind. This one sticks and cuts and scrapes at Shells' skin, leaving him hurt. (-1)

    Ta: -5E ~~ Sh: -4E/-9H AQ: 5 rds

    ===Round 1===

    Taylor finds this turtle all sorts of amusing, and as such, decides to play with it. As Shock readies an Ice beam, Taylor vanishes into thin air. Shellshock can't get a bead on him at all! (-2)

    Ta: -4E ~~ Sh: o.O

    Keeping still works, as Shellshock walks around carefully. Turning around, Shell hears a noise, and goes to investigate. With his back turned, Taylor unloads a Silver Wind, further throwing Shellshock forward. Thew Winds however, hit a few pieces of refuse around and something flies out.(-2)

    It flies over Shellshock and looks around, obviously confused. Shell notes that this thing is probably dangerous, and wisely Rock Tomb's it, eliminating it from the fight.

    Ta: -5E ~~ Sh: -5E/-9H

    Sneaking around Taylor stays around brown objects, as his camoflauge allows him the ability to stay hidden. Shellshock is getting annoyed...even as a green orb splashes all over Shellshock. It burns a great deal, but a second orb crashes into Shellshock to alleviate some of the pain. (-2)

    ===Round 2===

    The hidden Swadloon, looks on carefully as Shell takes matters into his own hands. Splitting into cones, the turtle now outnumbers the poor homeless looking bug. (-3) Taylor sighs, realizing that if he bites any clone, his position is gone. But he tries anyway.

    The clone fizzles and all the turtles look over to the right. There's a weird wave of "air" that looks funny...

    Ta: -5E ~~ Sh: -3E +2 cl.

    Tagging time! The turtles all stare hard at that area and soon colors start to shift. In no time at all, a red halo outlines Taylor to his dismay, and Shell claps once. The fight was on!(-3) Taylor coughs and throws an Energy Ball, while running for debris. Stupid turtles having X-ray vision!

    One more clone vanishes, but Shell Shock gives cautions chase.

    Ta: -7E FS'ed ~~ Sh: -3E

    Unapproving of his situation, Taylor tries for a Silver Wind when Shell appears down the narrow pathway of debris he ran through. But Shell is ready. He jumps into frame, and fires off a larger Blizzard that overwhelms the wind. The attacks mix for a brief moment, before Taylor is completely overrun. That plus the cold does a swift number on his body (-3)

    ===Round 2===

    Still cloned up, Shell decides to up the ante. He jumps around and forces more clones to appear out of the area. As all these turtles come out, so does a small creature...quite curious about all the commotion. Taylor sees this and calms down, unsure if this is a trick, or really just some curious soul. (-4)

    Ta: -3E +SpA/D ~~ Sh: -3E +5 cl.

    Before thing scan get any worse for Taylor, he decides to shuttle it the hell out of there. A mystical energy warps around the Pokemon, but not before the turtles get one final speedy strike in! As he evaporates off the field, in his stead comes an avian with a penchant for fighting. She gains a nice boost in her abilities without the toxic spree.

    Ta: -4E/-6H ~~ Sh: -4E

    Pleased with the work done so far, Twig tries to continue the trend. Too bad she's right next to the Shellshockers. They all punch her and one hurts more than the rest. She pinpoints that turtle and strikes him with a swift kick that throws him back.

    The curious one edges closer...and seems to be getting an idea.

    ===Round 3===

    Flapping a few times, Twig takes a moment to eye the turtle in the area. And that strange thing that just appeared from over yonder. Focusing on teh turtle again gave her a start, as he spat at her. Quickly a thin but powerful shield went up, splattering that nasty stuff away. The Heartless clapped at the spitter and suddenly started twirling toward Shell!

    Tw: -6E ~~ Sh: -3E

    Shell flips into his shell and blasts himself toward Twig, before firing that icy beam in the opposite direction, at Twig! Twig freaks, and is struck by the crafty turtle, as the witchhat looks on in wonder. Twig regains herself and shoots Shell out of the sky with a well aimed Dark Pulse. Shell skips across the debris and into the water/bellyjuice mix. Ewww

    Tw: -6E/-12H ~~ Sh: -8E/-13H

    Tired of being ignored, the spinning top claps, and a streak of air slaps Twig (-4H) Freaked, Twig flies backwards, and tries to keep out of range of that weird fighter in the midst of this battle. Shellshock comes out of the deep, looking very pissed. Its further exemplified by the Ice Beam he starts charging.

    However, the bird swoops down and the force of the wind causes Shell to flinch, and lose focus! Drat!

    Shellshock spins and gets on his stomach finally. This whole match was starting to get away from him. Taking a better look around, he saw Twig flapping about...and there was that weird thing again. Not taking any chances, he fired on it, an Ice Beam to blast it back. It spun right toward the incoming beam, and Twig used this to its advantage. She calmly thought of how this match would end with her as the victor.

    Tw: -3E +2 SpA ~~ Sh: -8E Spinner: DOH

    The Spinner fell over in a heap, to both of their delight. But laughter came from somewhere else in the whale. This wasn't over. The lapse of concentration on Twig's part made her miss out on Shell's next move. He began to form a Whirlpool around himself, using the waters to hyperfuel his Aqua Ring into a replenished state as well as protect himself. Tricky Turtle.

    Twig turned back to spy this nonsense and just flew above teh conical shield. Shell grunted, and dipped into his shell as he was fired on from above, a pulse of Darkness within the watery matrix.

    Tw: -5E ~~ Sh: -8E/-19H

    Shell stayed put in his safe bubble, and Twig decided on something new. Maybe...maybe she could do that last move the turtle did. She flapped her wings a bit and water started to fly over toward her...and encircle her..and laugh at her...and start to he--wait what? She looked and saw something latch onto her chest! What was itgetitoffomgitHASAFACE!

    Shell, learn flamethrower? No? Fine.
    First off try not to come into contact with Twig or the heartless thingy. Rock tomb that bird! and Ice beam it twice, see if you can target the sticky blowy-upy thing on it! Sub in a Blizzard instead of Ice beam to blow him away if you see it coming at you
    Now i dont know the whirlpool is enough to protect it from latching on to you if the bird trys to pawn it off on ya. If it does ;however, seem like thats gonna happen then immediately use protect or rapid spin, whichever you think would be better Shellshock.
    lemme know if its too confusing or anything

    Anyway, Aerial Ace twice on Shellshock and try to get rid of the Payload. Then launch another Air Slash at Shell.

    ===Stipulations===

    --

    Also, various Heartless roam the area, and will randomly join in the fight to attack others. Luckily, they can be attacked and destroyed with one or two attacks. As a bonus, green spheres will drop out and restore 8% HP to whoever deals the finishing blow. What actions the Heartless use, and when they appear is up to the referee's judgment.

    ===Battlers===

    ===Round 5===

    Twig didn't like this creepy ball on her, and as such, she streaks for Shell. Shell notes this and freezes up fr a moment. Should he protect? Should he try to smash it? He decided to hell with it, and takes a deep breath. Twig blasts through the whirlpool and tags him, only to be engulfed by a massive Blizzard. The whirlpool around them had a strange effect, freezing Twig into its matrix! The payload was also frozen in the process....

    Tw: -3E/-16H ~~ Sh: -10E/-6H

    Twig scrambled to get free, as the payload seemed to be glowing. Shellshock however, jumped backwards and blasted Twig with an Ice Beam. The Beam broke Twig free of the Whirlpool sculpture, and Twig reached with its neck to strike Shellshock with an ice laden Payload!

    Shell was hit backwards, but since the payload was already knocked out, no explosion. Yay!

    Tw: -3E/-12H ~~ Sh: -8E/-6H

    Twig tried to stand, but when half your body is frozen, it doesn't really matter. Yer gonna be wobbly. Shellshock laughed at Twig's predicament, One free wing flaps though, and sends air to slice at Shell's left side. It hits, and Shell glares at the crippled bird. Why was it fighting still! Shell would have retaliated, but he was out of energy!

    Tw: -4E ~~ Sh: -12H

    ===Round 6===

    The weird thing about floating in a barrel, within intestinal juices? You always hear sizzling sounds. That's what's going on with Twig's icy predicament, its slowly thawing. Creepy to think she's being partially digested. Anyway, the turtle is in for a heck of a round, as a splattering a dark energy comes slamming into his gut.

    Shell goes skipping across the fluid, and lands on a different piece of debris.

    Tw: -5E ~~ Sh: -19H

    Feeling a bit better about things, Twig decides to fly headlong into danger. Good for it. Its streamline body does well to zip across the watery fluid and get back into this match. He's joined by a spinning beast that doesn't seem to know how to twirl correctly.

    No matter. Shell leads, its mini torrential strike knocking Twig back. Twig flaps violently to rig herself and her freezing issue becomes a thing of the past. Legs able to move, she pushes off of the debris, avoiding the spinner and blasting the turtle with another blast of darkened energy

    Tw: -5E/-30H -Def +Spd ~~ Sh: -14E/-19H

    Shelly is gone...and Twig couldn't be happier. Except for the spinner. The heck was it doing there?

    ===Round 7===

    papa groans. Having lost his water type, he decides to play up the aerial battle. Out flies a metal bird, which is weird seeing as we're in a whale...and there's a metal bird flying around. Anyway. Spinner here doesn't appreciate everyone being all high up and takes note that Twig lands on a high set of wooden debris.

    Two swoops down and razes him with a nasty Toxic stench. Twig shakes it off, and takes a few moments to Roost, and get his health in order. (-1)

    Tw: -12E/+25H Txc~~ Teo: -3E

    Staying put had its downsides for Twig. His roosting continued to supply him with health, but a dual hit came his way as well. Teo swung back around and smashed his metallic wings right along Twig's Spine. This caused Teo to drop out of the sky momentarily. Just then, the spinning intruder slams into Twig, knocking her off her perch. She smirks and flaps to regain balance, knowing that may have given her the edge (-7, -1)

    Tw: -12E/-18H/+25H -2 Def +2 Spd ~~ Teo: -9E/-5H

    Twig doesn't seem the least bit concerned, as the spinner swerves to land safely on something. As Teo gets up from his hefty attack, he finds his wings to be undergoing a little singeing! Twig smirks, as flames stream from her beak, giving Teo something to hurridly flap about. Teo banks along the "watery" strew, cooling his wings before pulling up and leaning back toward Twig for some much needed revenge.

    A wing cross chops Twig, and knocks her down a notch. (-1)

    ===Round 8===

    Ted flaps up to even steven height with the buzzard who seems to be damn near indestructible. The spinner below stares and watches as the three flying foes square off. (-2) Twig flaps slowly as Ted splits into 3 clones and then shoots forward in an attempt to confuse Twig. Twig gives cahse, and strikes the real bird across his midsection.

    Both birds then get a blast of icy chill to their wings. Twig falls from the blindside attack, and Ted looks through its guarding wing to note a slender floating Heartless attacking..well..heartlessly. That Djinn is a nasty buzzard...sorry Twig.

    Tw: -3E/-18H ~~ Ted: -3E/-14H

    Twig squawks. That was unexpected. But she flapped up to get away from the spinner below. Where were all these demons coming from?( -2) Her inherent dizzyness would not slow her from spewing flames all over a protected Ted at the moment. A wind blade also shot up to strike Ted, to no avail. Ted glared at the spinner, whom stuck its tongue out at the Skarmory.

    Tw: -2E ~~ Ted: -6E

    Both birds note the Ice Heartless staying put, possibly tired from its grand entrance...that's a relief. As they both take their flight into more speedier sessions, Twig streaks over and alights her foe's skin with a nice strong fire attack. (-2). Ted can't stand how fast this bird is, and retaliates with a series of pecks all across Twig's chest. The force of the blow is more than Twig can honestly bear....and she goes crashing down.

    Tw: -2E/-14H ~~ Ted: -4E/-10H

    Ted soars, glad that part of the battle is over, but his wingtips hurt alot!

    ===Round 9===

    With his ace down, that leaves ns with re-releasing his already weakened Pokemon, Taylor. The Swadloon wriggles back onto the field with a despondent face. Before Taylor gets his thoughts together, he looks around and sees the foes have changed. There are 4 Skarmories flying around, an Ice Heartless and a spinning Heartless headed right for him!

    The spinning heartless slams into Taylor, knocking him into goop. Ted however, has his own problems as a shard of ice shatters through one of the clones. Damn rogue attackers. A seocnd clone vanishes under a wave of yellow orbs. Wait. Yellow?

    Taylor smirks, as the crackling orbs revolve around him. Lucky break. (-5)

    Ta: -4E/-5H ~~ Ted: -3E +2 cl.

    The poison beings its usual rip though his body, and Taylor groans in agony. Ted takes this lapse in concentration to dive bomb the electric orb wielder. Taylor goes flying from the powerful blast and the spinner whirls out of the way to avoid the strike. The Ice Heartless watched paitently, unsure what to do.

    But Taylor flung another slew of orbs at the flier, and connected!

    Drat--it vanished. Stupid clones!! (-5)

    Ta: -4E/-17H ~~ Ted: -9E 1 cl.

    Taylor knows this is getting far too crazy, and flings another set of orbs at the divebombing birds. This time, the hit connects, but this comes at a price. A careening steel bird crashing into him! (-5)

    Ta: -4E/-18H ~~ Ted: -4E/-10H

    Taylor knows this can't keep up! In fact...this wiped him out!
