Before you immediately lambast me and say Brick Break or Cross Chop, over Revenge, let's take a look at it. On it's own, it's a 60 BP move, 90 with stab. Nothing special. It's effect however, doubles it's BP, IF the user takes damage in the same turn it is used.

Machamp's already horrid speed, plus the Brave trait, ensures that he couldn't outrun an 80 year old tortoise with broken legs, making him an effective user of Revenge. So any time the opponent attacks, and I decided to use Revenge, I absolutely whallop them with a 180 BP move backed by a humongous attack.

I can't decide wether to go with stability or power with his item and lost slot though. You tell me. I'm leaning towards Focus Energy and Lense Scope, to pack on the Revenge damage.

    Swampert. Standard. I'd choose MirrorCoat.

Magneton. I think the new standard. But it won't be so easy to set and knock for too long lookin' at its poor HP.

Gengar. Finally someone uses NShade. But without some sort of statbooster, it will not survive long as an attacker. DoubleTeam with Torment/Taunt might help someway.

Eggecutor(sp?). I like the Vamp. But the Pkmn has decent stats to render it an attacker, too. I would take advantage.

Machamp. Man, I've tried to wrestle the forum a while back explaining why Revenge is the better fighting move. I thought I was alone. Screw Focus Energy, its power is high enuff. It'll be a waste of talent. What does Scope Lens do again? I forgot. I may need one.

Tyranitar. Standard. Tho with the new R/S moves, there are more possibilities...*sigh*

7/10, tho promising results, I tire of the number of powerhouses dominating the rosters. Wish there were more strategies and original sets involved.

What, no Cacturne or Seviper? I'm ashamed of you, really!

Swampert: I'd take Refresh over Mirror Coat, as the main Special type people will use on him is Grass, and he can't survive most Grass attacks, with it's 4X weakness and all.

    Magneton: Workable.

Gengar: Maybe Destiny Bond in there somewhere? Over Night Shade, perhaps?

Exe(can't spell): I like Toxic + Leech Seed to force switching.

Machamp: Chesto Rest would work well, since you don't have Cross Chop, and you'll be taking lots of hist with Revenge and all. I personally like Revenge as well... using it on my Machamp (which has the exact same moveset, btw .

    Tyranitar: Fine.

im hoping that the trait on swampert is plus special defense. (i dont know the names of the personalities except modest and adament). but thats only if your using mirror coat.

you dont need synthesis/moonlight on exxecutor. with giga drain and leech seed you have enough recovery. use toxic.

take shell bell off tyranitar unless you put on dragon dance. his attacks wont give you much health back. he has great attack but still leftovers will help you more. that is a very should i say "old school" tyranitar set.
