Farfetch'd's would be the possessive single
Farfetch'ds would be the plural
Farfetch'ds' or Farfetch'ds's would be the possessive plural
Based on the context, the sentence was looking for a possessive single so that should be correct.
Ok this sounds so odd but I was writing something and found this confusing.
"His fangs tore into Farfetch'd's body"
Is that right? Or would it be Farfetch'ds?
Help would be appreciated :-/

I agree with Farfetch'd's being the posessive single, but I think Farfetch'd could be used as both singular and plural, as it's a variation of farfetched, which is an adjective.

Actually, all pokemon names don't have an added 's' when they're plural. So you could say: "The trainer spotted two Farfetch'd", if it weren't for this, the plural would be "Farfetch'ds". But like others pointed out, your sentence uses possesive, not plural, so "Farfetch'd's" is what you're looking for. Although it does look odd with two apostrophes.

What Jeff means is, all Pokemon names are the same for singular and plural. The plural has no s, or es, or anything else at the end. So, one Pikachu, two Pikachu. And one Farfetch'd, two Farfetch'd.
In Japanese language, plural is, when needed, displayed by repetition (hitobito, people) or -tachi or -ra, and that's perhaps why Pokemon names have no plural forms. Perhaps.
And I say I like grammar.
1 Charmander, 2 Charmanders.
1 Bulbasaur, 2 Bulbasaurs
1 Squirtle, 2 Squirtles
Look at all those Pidgeys.
Wow there are so many Charizards
Not all pokemon are plural, but some can be.
