Rapagania - (A Manga-styled Story. Pg 2)

Firstly, I want to thank mr_Pikachu for giving me this idea. He inspired me to start a manga story of my own. I've been playing around with this idea for a while and originally it was going to be a story... but I've decided to make it a visual story. Please excuse the drawings, I'm not the best artist in the world but I tried to make the pictures tolerable. ^_^; (Also excuse the size of the images, I couldn't resize it further otherwise no one could read the font! I'm changing the font for the next panels, so don't worry.)

Anywho, this story will deal with the forums but it puts them in a more fantastical setting! I am going to include members in the story and such... each having unique appearances so I hope you all look forward to it! ^_^

Wow, beautiful artwork; not that I'd expect anything less from you. Eh, the right-to-left threw me off a bit. I'm used to it when reading Japanese or Chinese, but since English goes from left to right, naturally I'd finish a sentence and look to the right for its continuation. So, this person left behind those with hopes and dreams to find this Rapagania? And it's supposedly a utopia? Hehe, I have a feeling she's in for more than she expected.

Holy Whoa McDoodle on a Stick. Okay, um... yeah, sure, you're not the best artist in the world. Riiiiiight.

Dang... I wish I could do this. Seriously. I mean, um... wow. Cool character designs, very vivid (and shiny) style, an apparently lush setting... I do wonder what Rapagania is supposed to be, or if you're even going in that direction with 15,000 references to TPM on every page. Huhuhu... very cool! Even the coloring on the cover was top-notch... dang!

Needless to say, I'm very intrigued. And slightly worried about how my own little project will hold up in comparison. In any event, this looks like a very promising work. I look forward to seeing it continue.

It's a Nice Start Bulbasaur4, It's a very interesting idea. I also agree with mistysakura/Ada that you do draw beautiful artwork...

Also at the girl in the red Shirt, a little big in the cleavage Department isn't She? I mean no offense, I am just saying from a guy's point of veiw that to most Guys big Cleavage and a Mini Skirt equals a hot girl, Sure I do think she is cute, I mean I like her Glasses, but still I think of girls more for who they are and not so much on what they wear...

Great cover page. So the cover page is in colour and the pages themselves are black and white? I like the colouring though, the shading's done very nicely. The green-faced lady reminds me of the Wicked Witch of the West. Is it just me, or is the pink-haired person a doll? Looks creepy, hope it isn't voodoo or anything, heh. The face of the person with the glasses seems a bit thin though, even at that angle. Looking forward to more.

Dang, quite a pretty cover you got there! ^^ Hm, going to do a quick analysis of the characters here...

Well, I am going to agree with Ada of how the girl in the glasses's body is a bit skinny. Not sure if you meant to draw her that way or not.

I pressume the purple haired woman is a ghost? If she is, I like the way you made her hair all "firey" like. ^^

The dog is just filled with fluffy goodness! ^__^ Too bad it looked serious, becaue I want to hug it! XD

The pink haired girl...at first I wondered why there was lines on her face, but then after closer inspection, like everyone else said, she might be a doll.

Last but not least, the green skined girl, she's still pretty even if her skin and hair is different! ^^

Again, beautiful cover art you have there. Can't wait to see what roles those characters have. Also, sorry to ask, but what kind of art program you used to make the comics? ^^;

Prologue and cover page are amazing enough to say I'll enjoy this.

I think the Wicked Witch-esque girl is more or less derived from your username; maybe the markings could've even resembled a clover?

Black dog is very fluffy, the doll is an interesting concept, and the ghost looks somewhat like a humanoid Misdreavus in my opinion. As for the brunette with glasses, I'm a little stumped as to what she is to represent.

misty: Might be just my style... again, The Gentlemen's Alliance shows through. I'll see where I take it though... hopefully not all the women will be so skinny! *makes mental note* And yes! Doll is meant to be creepy! (it is a doll, but that doesn't ruin anything.) ^_^

No it won't Bulbasaur4, it's just been odd for me as of late, I mean yes I do think She as well as a lot of female charters in Mega and Animé are Pretty, it's just that well I some what dislike how the Entertainment Businesses treats you ladies.

Anyways, I see that Girl from the Prologue is back and Informs the others that Rapagania has fallen, Interesting plot twist, I wonder what well happen next. It also dose not Surprised me She has cat like Ears...

Aww, poor Fanart... what evil forces have overtaken it? I'm getting a bit confused actually, because my brain keeps wanting to go left to right, but that's my problem. The other problem, though, is that none of these people(except you) have names at the moment, which makes thinking about the characters a bit difficult. I like Bulbie's indecisiveness and the way the collective gasp was portrayed though.

Agreeing with everyone else that you did a good job on the artwork. And cool reference to TPM (Rapagania, Fanartia... so, would there be a Fanficia then? )

The spectacled girl reminds me of an anime character... I can't remember which one though. And is the white haired person there is Fai D Flowright (then Tsukasa)? Cause I somehow got an impression that it's him. I dunno.

As for the other two... no idea about the girl, though I was thinking of Mc-Ninja when I saw the dark haired guy.
