Which Kadabra?

I currently have 2 level 22 Kadabras that I want to train into Alakazams. I want one of them to learn Trick and one of them to learn Role Play. But I can't decide which should learn Trick and which should learn Role Play.

So the intended set is

Alakazam@Leftovers or Choice Band/Macho Brace
Personality: Modest or Calm
Characteristic: Synchronize
~ Psychic
~ Recover
~ Trick / Roleplay
~ Fire Punch

Kadabra 1 who has a CALM personality has the following stats:
HP:51
ATK:19
DEF:19
SPATK:61
SPDEF:46
SP:57

Kadabra 2 who has a MODEST personality has the following stats:
HP:55
ATK:19
DEF:18
SPATK:64
SPDEF:42
SP:57

Which Kadabra should be the Trickster and the other the Roleplayer? Do people even think I should replace Roleplay with Calm Mind?

I think Roleplay switches Personalities. Skill Swap is the trait swapping move.

Trick switchs Items and Roleplay copies (not switches) abilities.
