Unobtainable RTM: Eevee haters beware

Yeah yeah, I know.. these are overused.. but I've never failed with an eeveeon team before. I'm asking for a RTM because most of these moves are GSC moves.. and I'd like to update the pokemon for R/S.

Also, I'd like to make it my butt-kicking team for fighting against friends. Which is why I'm in need of help.. I usually go for the hit 'em hard and fast rule.. as opposted to strategy. Any help is appreciated!

(the first three can learn wish and tickle.. I'd say umbreon and espeon can too.. but I'm not sure they'll evolve right in R/S. they're moves I'd like to have.. but not sure on which pokemon)

Aurora Beam/Quick Attack

This pokemon is right under Starmie on my list of favorite pokemon (yeah, I'm a water pokemon fan). Surf is the ONLY move I'm positive on this pokemon. Bite can always be replaced with Quick Attack.. and which is better.. acid armor or haze?

Sandslash! (this is where I wish there was a grass/rock/steel/ground eeveeon..). I discovered him some time ago and have loved him ever since.. Slash and earthquake will take down just about any pokemon..provided it's defense isn't super high. Should I replace Aerial Ace with Swift?

-this was the moveset for my sweeper Flareon in gsc. you should give WISH to it instead of Shadow Ball, if you can.

-well, this will be a good team if you ever get to obtain an evee... but anyways, a 6th evee could be Evee, or even Delcatty. come on. delcatty looks sort of like an evee. even though it sucks compared to its brothers, it can be helpful in a team like this, with Heal Bell.

Maybe. para-attract them. Wish for the hell of it. Bug and normal moves would mean you'd split EVs. Up to you on that.

Shadow Ball and Flamethrower calls for EV splitting... oddly, Flareon's max attack is higher than his max special attack which is why i suggested putting return and since flamethrower gets STAB, it kind of evens out ??

Reflect would help the rest of the Eevee family since they all tend to have low defense but high special defense.

I might drop aerial ace for rest (with chesto berry) for staying power. If it comes down to it, I'd stick with Aerial ace instead of swift. but if you don't like rest, I'd go with brick break over aerial ace and swift.

I just realized how much the Eevee family sucks IMO. Their move pools are terrible. =\

Thats why I said that you vould use Delcatty. Since all evee brothers have a high status, Delcatty is all around. It might have a strange connection with Evee in the future. dont know. And if they ever make a new evee brother, it might have all around stats too, or it might specialize in defence... who knows... Maybe a steel type eveon will have Defence like Aggron. It can also be a plant eveon with a lot of defence too.

Oh, xvkarbear, what program did u use to make your avatar, and how did you make it have a transparent background? I am using Paint Shop Pro right now, but I can't get an invisible background. I change it into transparent and it comes out light blue when viewed on the internet... I am using PNG files by the way. if you know, please help me.

I used paint shop pro's/jasc's animation shop.. usually animation shop comes with paint shop pro. Hmm, here, lemme make a small turtorial..

1) I took the image and edited the way I wanted it to look inside paint shop pro.


2) It's usually good if you put a bright color (neon green is good) as the background, so you have a better way of judging what you want to be transparent.


3) Copy and paste over to animation shop. Select the paint bucket and highlight that frame (just click on the blue part of the animation). There should be the option "to canvas color" unchecked. check it. now, uncolor all the green parts by clicking on them with the paint can (your image should look like this)


4) go to File -> Save as and then save. This little box is going to pop up, just keep clicking next untill the box goes away. With luck.. your image should now be tranparent.
