As for Fatal Frame I haven't played it, but my friend said it was really scary. So of course I haven't went near it.

On the 3rd night, in which rooms can you trigger the appearance of the Wandering Monk? And how long do you have to wait for him to appear? Or is there a certain spot in certain rooms you have to go to in order to find him? (I'm not crazy for WANTING to find him, I just want to finish my ghost list quickly)
